Still a convenient stopping place. Like most restaurants, noodles and veggies are not senior-friendly in their semi-raw state.Disappointed with a new trend over the past few months here of being asked for exact change only to have the total due change between the order kiosk and pickup window. Maybe sitting longer at the kiosk to make sure all ordered items are listed and the total is finalized ??
I never eat Panda but my daughter loves it, so from time to time we will swing by. It's nice not having to go to a mall for it.
First time at this location. I ordered orange chicken w/ fried rice and the portion size they served me was small. I was surprised because other locations I have been too will serve a decent amount. Also 2 pieces of my orange chicken had a funny taste.
Do not come here go to one in Bowie or capital heightsThey never have drinks straws food ready. Dont even have teriyaki sauce for teriyaki chicken
Found two pieces of long black hair in food. Made me sick. Absolutely disgusting and I will not be returning to this restaurant. Cleanliness is not a priority. If you don't mind someone else's hair and dead skin cells ( dandruff) in your food then you won't mind eating here. They also just threw 2 spring rolls in the box but, spring rolls are supposed to be packed separately in a wax paper bag. How can you stand by contaminated food and employees that don't care to make sure they are providing customers fresh food in sanitary conditions? This food is not cheap yet, the portions and service are. Avoid this location. Do better Panda Express, this is unacceptable. There are way too many competitors for you to dismiss these low ratings and not improve the issues at this location.
Drive thru for the win especially in the rain! I tried the veggie spring roll and lived it. In a super finicky eater so finding something I actually like is rare. Definitely glad I ventured outside of my comfort zone. Staff was great in the drive thru as well.
We ordered for delivery (first mistake apparently). At 45 minutes after the scheduled delivery, we checked and saw the driver had gone past our place and was stopped at a grocery store quite a ways away. We called, and at first Panda said that because it was ONLY 45 minutes late, they could only refund 80%. It was eventually clear that the driver was going to be over an hour late, and they relented (refund in a few days). We asked them to cancel the delivery; we would just come pick up a new (not cold) order, and they said no - the food would be delivered. We called the store and they said they couldn't remake the order. So more than an hour later we got our soggy, cold food. Do not recommend this place. Go to literally any other faux-Chinese place.
Too stingy for the portions of the meat. Every time I come to this place, I'm always disappointed.
MELANIE should be fired immediately. Absolutely horrible place to eat. Staff extremely rude. My first visit resulted in a 20 minute wait for noddle to be prepared, then once they were ready had to go back in line and wait for shrimp to be prepared another 10 minutes. You have to get them to put food to the side while other food cook to keep each from running out and you waiting. On second trip I went through drive-thru and line went fast but at a price., I advise team that last visit I asked for noddle and received a container of cabbage with a couple broken noddle. The cashier MELANIE cut me off and rudely said what entree do you want. When I asked for a manager she said I am the second in charge and VENESSA who is the manager is not here so I have to deal with her. I was completely blown away. When I arrive to the window and asked her why did she cut me off, she said we gave you less vegetable this time. This validated she heard me and rudely cut me off. I gave food to a homeless man in DC out of principle and went to chick.fil.a next door. The disrespect they Panda Express show to the people of this community is clear. Just read the feedback. They do not understand that they are new to this community and it’s is us the customers who are responsible for their existence. They will not get another dime from me or anyone I know as I will definitely be educating people in my community about this place. My date of visit was 1/8/22 @1:03pm.
This is the worst Panda express, no doubt.Ordered online, at arrival they said we had to wait 10 min for the mushroom chicken, 20 min later someone comes to tell me they're gonna serve my order in a little bit, then 15 minutes later comes back telling me they're out of mushroom chicken, so I spent more than 45 minutes at this place to be told that they won't serve my order.. asked for my money back but had to wait another 10 minutes...There should be Zero star option to rate this kind of places.
