The food was pretty good, and actually exceeded my expectations. The orange chicken was crispy and tangy while the honey walnut shrimp was sweet and cooked well. The cream cheese wonton and fried rice was also ok, though some more seasoning could be used. Overall, food wise, Panda Express was pretty good for a food chain. The problem comes down to the customer service. The first server was ok but for the other one it was obvious that she didn’t like being there. She also didn’t give my friend her change, which was pretty annoying. Come for the food, not for the service.
Will never order from this location again. Legitimate rip-off. I am completely ok paying the premium (double premium for two servings) for the walnut shrimp but Im not ok getting totally screwed on portion size. I’m paying more FOR the normal portion, how do they not get that? See receipt and photos comparing the shrimp portion (this is TWO portions, by the way) - again factoring in the premium cost - with the other plate.
The service was horrible (via delivery). I tried to put in a guest order, only for me to get charged twice. Then when it came to the real order, they had me waiting for an hour because an hour would have been the time they delivered my order. After an hour, it was then that they wanted to deliver my order (before that, I tried calling the store many times only for the caller to be apathetic and refusing to listen to my point). At that time, I was fed up with this restaurant’s poor service to the point that I just decided to cancel the order all together.
My kiddos always enjoy their food (plate with orange chicken and another plate with Kung Pao chicken and Teriyaki Chicken)
Friendly staff. Clean and convenient location. Fast service. For fast food Chinese, was pretty good food. Nice portions. I don't recommend the veggie rolls.
Order was incomplete. When I called to get the price adjusted, I was told I have to go through the third party delivery service I used, because they don't offer delivery. I ordered through panda express and selected delivery. It is their contracted delivery service, not mine. Either way they kept my money.
Was a lot of people there. They weren't managing their food cooking well. They ran out of lo mein and teriyaki chicken and had a line of people waiting for it to finish. Once those items replenished, they got the line moving everyone out.
Lemonade sucked, no soap in bathroom, no teriyaki chicken! Geesh. What we ended up with was good. Tes, I'm informed the manager. He said give us 5***** and get a free entrée...really..next visit, with another purchaseof... a free dang egg roll would've be great!
To go order and there was no teriyaki chicken I asked for sweet-and-sour sauce and a got soy sauce. Floor was wet by cash rap not being addressed.
Will not return to this location. Order was placed online for a future time. Arrived on time and had to wait an additional 20 mins. Staff were only helping those who were walking in and waiting in line. Well, then what's the purpose of online ordering? If there's not enough staff at the restaurant, then disable online ordering. Also, all the dishes were already made and in trays, so it's as simple as "scoop and dump, scoop and dump." I don't quite understand what the hold-up is.
