The food is decent but the staff is horrible at the Bowie location. I was the only person in the store, while there were 3 workers. They continued to talk and laugh amongst each other. No one acknowledged me, no one attempted to took my order. After several minutes of standing, still not being addressed, I left. The food is definitely not worth the poor, POOR service. Definitely will not be coming back.

Very disappointing. Not a fan of the crust, plus it was as cold as ice. Price was okay for the size. The size is only good for one or two people.
So I'm not really understanding the benefit of online ordering with them. Placed my order at 5:20p online. It said order would be ready for pickup at 6p. Got to the store at 6:02p and called and pizza was not ready. Not sure what takes almost an hour to make an online order for a small 8"pizza but... Can't say I recommend their service when it's this slow. ??? Their sign literally says ... SUPER FAST????

Ordered ahead 2 hours and they didn't even start my pizza until 15 after the pickup time. I knew they would be busy, that's why I ordered well ahead.
The pizza is really tasty here. And it's great to get all the toppings you want at one price. Crust is hearth-baked and crunchy. I marked it down one star because if you dine in the line can take a long time because of all the customizing. Also, it's really noisy. Chairs move like nails on a chalkboard. Get some gliders!
So this is going to be an odd review. MOD Pizza doesn't matter which location, always has great service, quick production, and an excellent product. That being said, I can't stand MOD's openly leftist support of different political and social issues. Normally if a place is openly and proudly in such clear opposition I simply won't spend money on the product. MOD is a rare exception to that rule, having a product that is good enough and staff that is kind enough.
Love the thin crust pizza. Great staff. I only go every month or so. But always great when I go. Perhaps a better dessert than the mod chocolate cake... Not that great, just a glorified doughnut.
A healthy pizza option. The salad is great too!
