We visited the restaurant at about 7:45 PM. They close at 10 PM.The food was great! The seating was clean. The staff was lazy and intentive. We were the only people in line and we stood around while we staff looked at us several times without acknowledging us as they did a necessary cleaning, texting, and mingling with each other.Between taking our order and bringing it up, they continued to talk, argue, and text.The soda fountains ran clear flat water, the juice, dispensers were nearly empty, and the restrooms looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in several hours.We would certainly come back for the food, but I would hope we get more friendly and attentive crew of staff.We felt like we were bothering them by being in the restaurant.
Skip this place and spend your money elsewhere. Overpriced and not a customer focused establishment. A steak bowl with about 1/2 ounce of steak was $15.89. The staff was meh...never spoke ..only asked what else in the bowl. Never again. Other ingredients were ok but not Chipotle. Skip this establishment.
I use to love this place but the customer service and a couple of the employees attitudes is really bad now. This is like the 5th bad experience I’ve had.I’m big on customer service and although I’ve been coming here since they have opened I’m considering finding a new spot. I’ll drive the extra miles for good customer service and a good pleasant experience.As a business owner I would love to speak with the owner personally and share my bad experiences.
First, the food at Mezeh is excellent. There is absolutely no problem there.However, they really need to hire more staff. When we first came to this location, there were about four people behind the counter. Since maybe December or so, I think the most people have seen there have been two.For that reason, the Mezeh app isn’t very good. We ordered takeout using the app twice, and both times, nobody was able to get around to it. We had to get in line and have them put our order together while we were standing there, which is pretty much the opposite of the idea.
As much as I love Mezeh I have to give them low stars. The wait time is ridiculous! The only have two people working and most of the time they are to busy preparing to-go orders from online . The bowl sizes keep changing but yet we still pay the same price. As much as I love Mezeh I might have to stop supporting them.
Love the Mediterranean recipes. Food was delicious. Staff were very professional. Will go back there again

I love their dining area. The ambience is nice, relaxing, and makes you enjoy your food even more. I also love their service, the staffs are so friendly and they serve the food fast! But what I love the most is the variety of food they offer for vegans! Highly recommended!
I love visiting Mezeh when I go to Bowie. I am a big fan of Mediterranean style food and this is a quick and easy way to get that. And the pita is awesome.
