Took my 10 ur old son to McDonald’s before he went to summer camp. While he was eating he saw a hair in his steak egg and cheese bagel, I took it back and they refunded me. I just hate to have situations especially with my child and somethings wrong with the food. Hopefully this doesn’t happen again.
I’ve been to horrible McDonald’s before but I never knew it could get this bad. How do you give someone 4 orders of hotcakes with absolutely no butter or syrup? On top of that, the hotcakes were literally HARD AND COLD as if they reheated very old pancakes. And this isn’t the first time either. They’re always forgetting something, and always nasty. Idk why I keep going back. I just don’t understand how they could be a brand new establishment and be this horrible like what?!?
Sign on the door says open for dine-in until 11. Doors were locked at 10:30. We watched two women walk in 30 seconds before us and then the manager wouldn’t let us in even when I tried to indicate through the window that my toddler needed to go to the bathroom. Please change the posted hours if you’re going to lock the doors. And maybe try having some empathy for parents of little kids.
On multiple occasions in the last 3 months I've attempted to order in the drive through. I waited 3 minutes at the speaker each time and nobody ever attempted to take my order. 3 minutes is my limit, if you can't speak to me qithin that time frame them you lose my business. There isn't a single fast food chain I've been to besides this one that can't take your order at the speaker. Never go to this mcdonalds.
Made the mistake to go back a second time and the drive thru was worse than the first time. Order taker was complaining they were under staffed and that's why it took them 10 minutes to take my drive thru order. I guess they will be out of business soon at this rate.!!!!!!!!!!!
Drive thru is the worst (Robil) tells you 1 sec and takes 10 min and worst part when there is no cars in line . Very Rude custumer service....I come here at 5 AM .Took me 20 min to get my coffie here . Guess is better to go to WAWA
This has got to be the worse McDonald’s in this area. Majority of the crew is rude and the service is slow. Please don’t waste your time going to this restaurant! Nice clean spot with absolutely terrible service
Got a milkshake always do love em don't ever try to get one after 9 pm or it's wasted trip they say it's broke every time it's simply been cleaned for day they won't use it again but I give credit to you can get one for breakfast every time clean , freshly loaded new ice cream that's your Mcd tip of the day
Awfull ……never this Macdonald again…drive thru order was wrong while I was paying I fixed the order at second window I asked about my order they told me the wrong order again . I told them I am coming in.I told the manager the order again .he brought me the bag again my egg McMuffin had sausage again…….I got my money after 30 minutes waiting 4 times wrong order.No apology from lady manager on Sunday at 10 am. They don’t understand costumer service.That’s why never again very sad.
I ordered a frappe and got a ice coffee I guess literally 95% ice I started drinking it at 5:26am finished at 5:28 and I sipped while I was eating I cried a little ?
