Saturday May 21, I was apart of a charity event upon which we ordered multiple pizzas shortly after they opened 11am....when I say the pizzas were prepared horribly which means do not use them for catering-period!... only one pizza was prepared properly.I immediately contacted Ledos' and was shocked with the reply from management whom clearly lacked in handling customer related issues. I even contacted corporate in Annapolis spoke to Jennifer who then claimed that she was forwarding me to a regional office bottom line since the incident I have yet to have resolution. I spoke to another manager who claims that the owner even stipulated that they would not offer any resolution so again if I could give them a negative star I would. Do not deal with this Ledo's and anything over one pizza you lucky if that turns out well!!!READ ALL OF THE REVIEWS.....I neglected to.....****That reply Is false and the Owner is Absolutely Horrible has no intention of Resolving anything ***?
Food is delicious specially the pizza but it takes way too long always an extra wait beyond the timer on online orders and even if you call in wait 30 mins and show up the food is never ready.
Great food, our pizza and wings were really good and the food was ready for pickup at the time frame they quoted but by golly, the wings were INSANELY expensive! 18 wings was $27, $1.50 a wing! The pizza, which by itself fed all four of us, was enough by itself and was half the price of the wings. Food was tasty though. Just very expensive. Ridiculously expensive. On the phone I thought it was the pizza that cost the most. I did not ask them to separate the items as we were all very hungry and tired.
We always order the meat lovers from this location and it's always tasty and fresh! My daughter loves the mozzarella sticks and they are always crisp and gooey.
Worst Ledo Pizza ever I thought I would walk in and pick up my order from which was placed online. Nope I get inside tell them the name and then they ask for ID, its pizza who needs ID to pick up pizza. Then they were sold out of hot honey and to top it off my pizza wasn't cut man I was upset I will never go to that Ledo Pizza ever again.
Always great service! Stacy, the manager, at the Vista Gardens location is simply the best! I usually place large orders for corporate functions and she makes the process so easy and convenient.
Extremely disappointed! Ordered the Football Deal. They ran out of the cheesy garlic bread and decided it was okay to just throw in a couple of bread sticks in its place! ? My wings were not tossed in sauce...more like sauce drizzled! They looked dry and tasted flavorless!
Im a disabled senior and had the worst experience at ledos pizza on Martin Luther King Ave in Bowie, MD in my life. I have been to many of their restaurants, but this takes the cake. I went to pickup my pizza it was cold and poorly made (very lil cheese and meat). Mgr. Tyneisha A. refuse to remake it, give me my cash back or put my money on a give card. She said it was near closing and have to talk to the owner. Called the next day several times and talked to Mgr. Stacey J. Still got no where... still no refund or gift card. She said it wasn't her shift, so had to talk to the staff and would call me back. She never called. I called at least 4 times, but staff said she always busy or out of the store.Called their local corporate office spoke to someone named Jenny; which wasn't any help either. She seemed to be illiterated (by me calling) saying, "Yeah I know who you are. I received your 5 min voicemail last night". She offered nothing, but to forward my info the the owner Mr. Spearmint. I had lefted him several messages already; however not one call from him.After 3 days of me still having this bad pizza in my possessions (never ate it), no return call or refund. I went back to store. Still no refund, effort to resolve to problem or apology. I'm stuck with this old dried out old poor excuse of a pizza and the owner Mr. Spearmint nor his Mgt staff Tyneisha A or Stacy J cares or give a heck. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE EVER.3 DAYS AND NOTHING DONE.
Surprisingly I only get wings at Ledos. They're pretty good.
I have been telling my 25 year old son how much I am enjoying Ledo's cauliflower crust pizza. He came to my home this weekend and treated me to this pizza. Not only was I delighted but he luvs this pizza now too! It's soo good you won't believe it's cauliflower!
