I am currently in the parking lot of this establishment and I am horrified. I have ordered from them numerous times, and this is the first time that I believe my skin color made the difference in the treatment I received.I called my pizza in as usual, a deluxe, light ledo sauce no mushrooms. I examine the pizza when I got to the car, because they don’t show it to you like the other locations and find heavy sauce and what? Mushrooms! I go back into the Ledo’s and Tammy or Tonya (I am so furious I can’t remember her name) and tell her that what has happened and the oversight. I also tell her that I am allergic to mushrooms and to no avail.This manager, never apologized for the mistake, never acknowledged. that it was prepared incorrectly and that I was not pleased. She literally came over seemingly displaying impatience, frustration and lack of understanding was all over her face. When she went on to tell me that I was wrong for ordering a deluxe, requesting that the mushrooms be removed - Adding vitriol that i, and many other people who look like me are all too familiar with, leaving me standing in the middle of the restaurant - I said never again will I visit this location. This experience has left me feeling like I am back in the 50’s. I don’t belong here and neither does my money.Needlessly, she fixed my pizza, pointed me to where it was on the counter and made absolutely no apology AT ALL!
Wonderful food, the crunchy crust is like perfect. People service and bar is welcoming and fast service barely any wait time even on a weekend.
I have never been disappointed when ordering from this Ledos pizza. Me and my family had been dragging around the house all day no one eating anything other than snacks when we all got hungry at the same time. We called Ledos pizza about 20 minutes before they stopped serving pizza or close the store for the night. We placed the order waited 10 minutes headed over to get the pizza and as we walked in the staff was cleaning up and maybe one other person was in the restaurant. We got to the counter gave them our name and 5 minutes later the 2 large pizzas were ready and we headed home. Thanks for the last minute order, we really enjoyed the cheese and Pepperoni pizza
My husband and I walked in and were not greeted by anyone. We found two employees standing in the back and my husband asked if we should seat ourselves. The girl said “yes” and said someone would take our order. We sat for over 10 minutes and nobody ever came to our table. We made it known that we were in our booth by making eye contact with employees and making ourselves visible but nobody ever came to our table. The bartender was the only employee we could see actually working and she had a full bar. We walked out without ordering.
Ledo is my once in awhile guilty pleasure. I love pizza and the sauce is my favorite. This particular Ledo restaurant has very pleasant staff.Keep up the Great work
Oh wow, this Ledo's was spot on!!! It was our 1st time at this location and as Ledo conissuiors this 1 is by far the best 1 in the area! They have an actual bar and really good cocktails. It was nice and empty when we went so idk if that's normal or not but I like it. This will definitely be our go to Ledo's from now on! I was leary after some of the negative recent comments but our experience was great from the prompt friendly service, to the drinks and to the food. My only complaint was that there were a few dirty tables we had to look over to find a clean booth and with it being so empty in there that didn't make any sense that some tables weren't cleaned up but that didn't change how great everything was overall!
Despite being short staffed service was great. Waitress was friendly, still learning but did great. Fun neighborhood pub to go to. The pretzel is amazing and huge.
As you can see in the picture the pizza was half burned. Also, this is what I learned, if you want to eat inside the restaurant make sure you don’t place your order over the phone!This is the store policy, or so I was told by the front desk young lady(which seemed to be annoyed by my presence there). She also assumed that I was not going to tip her if I was to eat inside the restaurant. So, yeah they do make assumptions depending on your looks.
My husband and I ordered a pizza. The pepperoni didn’t taste like real pepperoni cheap quality. The sausage was also cheap quality. I ate a couple of slices my stomach started to hurt and I vomited. I’m so done . No more! For now on I’ll make my own pizza at home.
I order a large cheese pizza over the phone hoping to eat it inside the restaurant with my two kids. When I got there the pizza was ready but I was told I couldn’t eat there because it was a carry out order and I was not going to tip them for cleaning the table afterwards. So, yeah they do make assumptions depending on your looks.Also as you can see in the picture half of the pizza was burned and IDKY but it taste a little bit like soap!
