Went here after taking grandkids to see minions. Food was good it was hot upon arrival waitress was very nice along with everyone else there. The atmosphere was pleasant prices were great and the pancakes are always good. I took a short stack to go. We had a nice time and really enjoyed being there!
It was my worst IHOP experience .The waitress Chelsea was great but had to wait an hour fifteen minutes for our food, when the food was served, it was barely warm and the bread was dried ( see picture). The family near our table gave up and left after an hour. The restaurant was almost empty. People that came to pickup their orders had to wait so long that they were still waiting when we left. Absence of mgmt , the waiters and hostesses had to deal with the irritated guests.STAY AWAY. THIS WAS MY FIRST VISIT TO THE LOCATION AND I WILL NOT BE BACK.Don't respond, fix the issue with the Kitchen staff.
I had a kind and gracious server by the name of Courtney. She welcomed me professionally, kept the coffee coming. Food was terrific, the restaurant was clean. I was just amazed that this was a IHOP. I have actually walked into IHOP and walked right out. This IHOP has a very upside feel to it, there is welcoming feeling to it as if it was a popular meeting place. I am going to come back. I hope to bring my wife back with me. Oh by the way ypu need to make Courtney management, this young lady is terrific!JR. Wheeler
So many tables empty and to much people working In the front table the excuse is no waitress in this restaurant but they are making jokes and talking in the front i think they should be a waitress too. I’m like what!!! But they give more preference to doordash.
This was our first time visiting this Bowie location, we had no expectations and didn't know what to expect. The Host and other staff was friendly and helpful. Our server was patient, gave us time to figure out each breakfast choices. she was attentive and helpful. I highly recommend this IHOP, in sure your experience would also be pleasing.
This IHOP is relatively new so I was excited. They had a steady flow of people but I got seated quickly. My server was SO nice her name was Courtney. She made it such a good experience for me. She made sure I had everything I needed and was delighted to fulfill any extra requests I had. She let me take my time ordering and even shared some recommendations with me. If you come to this IHOP ask for COURTNEY!!!
We were the first customers today and the manager on site this morning was absolutely wonderful. Very pleasant very thoughtful and even with our server she still checked on us. I live in Arnold, but I will drive out there again, just because of the service. Our food was great too! Thank you for the great service!
la comida no es mala pero el servicio de la mesera que nos atendio fue pesimo ,nos tuvo esperando casi 40 minutos y el restaurante no estaba lleno, y la comida salio rapido pero ella la entrego hasta casi 40 minutos despues y cuando nos la llevo culpo a los cocineros de lentos ,cuando ellos hicieron bien el trabajo y la que era lenta era ella, luego antes de entregarnosla la recalento en el microwave y venia todo hasta el plato demasiado caliente ,fue muy mala mi experiencia por la mesera no tanto por la comida
From the moment of walking in Miss Taylor served us first by seating us as she noticed the area we were sitting in was a bit busy she came back to us and asked if she could start us with our drinks shortly after Joseph our server came over acknowledged us said he would be our server and he would be right with us he did everything he said even though by observing Joseph he had a lot of customers he was waiting on he did not skip a beat as Miss Taylor kept her eye us along with with helping helping the other guest. The $10.00 dollar tip for her and Joseph was nothing in comparison to their service my husband and I thank them and yes we will be back I only hope if we’re not able to get them that the other services Will do their best as well thanks again I Hop of BowieThe Brown’s
Soooooo slow. It's not like they're lacking in staff, the staff is just doing everything but serving. I got my drinks after my appetizer which came after an hour of us waiting. You're going to need a good book and lots of patience.
