This location does not take the safety of its customers seriously. I observed an employee digging their hands into the peanut box and then eating them wearing NO gloves. When I brought this to the attention of the manager, he replied, "She's off the clock" as if that made it ok. I explained how we are still in COVID times, so gloves and a scooper should ALWAYS be required. He brushed me off as if it was important. NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!

Someone got ahold of my Five Guys account (highly secure, specific password, so must have been a breach). I live in MO and they placed an order for this location. I called this store upon receiving the order confirmation in my email and asked them to cancel (order had not been sent for delivery yet) the order and refund me. The manager refused to refund me and told me to talk to my bank. My bank wants me to replace the card, even though it’s not a card issue, but a Five Guys account issue. I wish Five Guys had customer service that matched their food.

Five Guys is the best burger within 10 miles of Bowie Town Center. Hands down. This visit was a standard Five Guys experience. Food service was timely and restaurant was clean. Unfortunately the scoop for the complimentary peanuts was missing.

$11 for a fast food hamburger? What has happened to this world?

Ordered in advance, got there after the order was supposed to be ready, and still waited almost 10 minutes for pickup, and thank goodness I remembered that they were missing an item.

They will not disappoint. Premium food for Premium price. Great fries. Great shakes. And Best Bacon cheeseburger with everything. Warning you will fall asleep after eating do not operate heavy machinery or try and drive lol

I came for lunch - the first time I’ve had Five Guys in a long time. Best fries I’ve ever had I think and my burger was excellent. The place is impeccably clean. I’ll be back, even though it’s gotten pricey. Very high quality.

I feel for them. Being understaffed but 22 minute wait after ordering online is advance is terrible. It's the managers responsibility to make people aware as they wait that things are running behind. It does amazing things when dealing with disgruntled customers in the customer service/food service industry.

Best hamburger, most fries. no wait, filling and expensive. Hamburger & fries, $17 -- without a drink.

Staff is always polite. Food for this franchise is consistent.
