My husband and I had a great time at First Watch in Bowie, MD. The food was on point, the staff were very friendly including the manager/owner at the front who checked on us and whom we had a great conversation with after our meal. The environment is very friendly and we will definitely be back to try some of the other dishes.
I am always looking for a new place for Brunch and First Watch didn't disappoint. They had a wide variety of breakfast and lunch foods to choose from. All of their food tasted fresh as advertised and was very fulfilling. I will be back again.
Waited an hour for a table but I was excited to try since I heard great things but it was definitely not worth the wait. Portions were small, nothing compared to the pictures online. Sweet potatoes were cold. Arugula was old and avocado was brown. I do not recommend this place at all and I will definitely not be returning.Edit: My concerns were heard and management reached out to make it known that they appreciated my honest feedback. I am very happy that this company cares about their customers!
Loved the menu. The only thing better was the food. Everything was fresh and lots of of healthy options. I highly recommend this restaurant!
This place needs better management or something…. You try to order food via the app to make the process faster but the app is 90% down. Then when you place an order in the store they take forever. & the fact that they say they will call/text your phone when your order is ready is a lie. They had my order sitting on the counter for 20 min without letting me know. Then when i get my food they only give me a kids portion lol. This place has potential but its dropping
The wait was long, took my server awhile to come and greet me!!! The food was the star!!! Food was absolutely delish!!!! It's the reason they're getting 3 stars and not 1!!!
I was greeted upon waking in, seated a minute later and order taken promptly. Food was good and portions were great.
The atmosphere was calm but crowded. We waited an hour to me seated and an hour for out food. I believe we were forgotten after seeing two tables that came after us be given their food we notified our waiter. She was great and on it. The food was good and hot. Would recommend it but not on a SUNDAY (before or after church)
We just went to your Bowie location after several positive experiences in Glen Burnie and left angry and never will return. We joined the waitlist at 9:30 and headed over with a 20-25 minute wait. The staff kept telling people it was 20-25 mins as well. We took 10 mins to get there. After watching several people be seated a huge crowd left it was about 20-25 mins we had been sitting and waiting. We were a party of 2 and 3 people just walked in and sat at a table, then went and asked for menus. When they said they were on the waitlist the girl turned the tablet around and I could clearly see they were behind me and yet she gave them menus. I went up to complain and she showed me I moved 3 spots down it was now 10:05, Told me it was going to be 20/25 more minutes! Horrible service and disrespectful! I will tell everyone I know not to go to that location!!! After looking back at my text it looks like they reregistered me when I came in and moved me down the waitlist to begin with, then gave our table away, plus there were plenty of open tables. Everyone should follow the rules or what’s the point of a waitlist. People were ignorant!
what a gem! Husband and I had a wonderful brunch today. despite a line of folks waiting to be sat we were at a table within 10-15 min. Hostess and waitress were friendly and food was fantastic. lots of healthy and decadent choices. fruit on french toast was fresh and bacon is next level. Clean and open seating with music at a low volume so folks can speak easily. this was our first time but wont be the last.
