Dirty windows( beyond 1 missed day) and workers with lots of hair and no nets. The vents above the area where the food is prepared were beyond filthy. This was a first and last trip to firehouse subs for me. If what I witnessed today is any indicator of any sanitary protocols in place I don’t see how this place is passing any health inspections.
Not at all satisfied with my order. I called at 8:30 pm on a Friday, no answer. They don’t close until 9. Whatever. I ordered my sandwich online. When I arrived about 10 minutes later, there was a bag waiting for me. They didn’t have the chips I ordered with my sandwich, they were all out. I could see they were fulfilling a catering order, there were the chips I wanted in one of the catering boxes. Someone else will get them. The worker told me I would have to go through the online service to get a refund for my chips. That’s ridiculous! Then I checked my sandwich and it is definitely a small size instead of the medium that I ordered. I made the worker aware of this. I’ve been to Firehouse countless times over the last 2 years. Instead she decided to try and convince me what I ordered was in fact a medium. It’s not. I think they ran out of medium bread fulfilling the catering order and decided to still charge me as if I received a medium. Horrible! I will not return.
Love this place… it almost feels like home… our pictures are on the wall showing our service to the community volunteer fire department… My retired fire coat even hangs on the wall by the front door…. The staff always takes care of us and the facility is always clean and the subs are yummy…
Ordered two tuna identical subs except one had jalapeños. Each was ordered with cheese, lettuce, onion, olives. Onion did not appear on the receipt. Mentioned that to clerk. She said it comes that way. When I got them from the sandwich artist, I asked if onion was on both. He said yes. When I got home, very little onion on either one; neither had jalapeños. Please suggest to owner that onion appear on receipt and ingredients appear more generous.
Great and delightful food, I liked the mood the place has, and the workers were very welcoming. I will definitely come back in the future.
Stay away from this location. Took 30 minutes to get my sub. When I finally got it the sub was awful. It's hard to mess up a sub, this was the worst I've ever seen. The bacon was just 1 huge piece of gristle fat and 1 small piece of what I think was roast beef? It took so long that I needed to rush out otherwise I would have asked for a refund.
Sandwich was delicious. Service could be faster. But the Cuban sandwich was meaty, juicy and tasty.

Came in as a first time customer because Chipotle closed early. Left empty handed because the employees were having a whole argument about not wanting to use a register and take orders.My travel companion stayed and ordered a tuna sub, with cheese, lettuce, and tomato - it took 29 minutes to get his order (there was maybe 7 customers in the store).I don't think I'll ever be back to this location, it's very unfriendly, and ridiculously slow.
Ordered 2 subs, was there to pick up, waited 20 minutes, brought them home and they were drenched in mayonnaise and one sub was steak and cheese only, they forgot the cheese! DO NOT waist your time or money!!!!
