Every time I get glaze donuts from this Dunkin’ Donuts they are hard dry and have no glaze on them. Take the old donuts off the rack and stop selling that mess. This has happen to many times people check your box before leaving. You will never get my money again. Just TERRIBLE
This is the worst visit ever. They made hot latte and dumb some ice on top to make it ice latte ?♂️. If employees don’t know how to make drinks why the fu*k are they open for. Worst experience would not recommend
Mmmmmm yummy ?!! Them 3 scoops was delicious! Pistachio almond, lemon, and jamocha almond. It was too hot outside. Had to stop pass DD. WAS in drive thru but had to go inside because someone apparently hit someone in the back at the window.
It's very annoying it's only 8pm in the summer and only drive thru is open. Trying to get ice cream in DT sucks
Went here ordered a medium ice coffee with French vanilla and caramel drizzle. Did not get the caramel drizzle. Went back inside to get it rang up and added but the manager on duty took the cup out of my hand with my straw still in it and added caramel syrup… not what I wanted and then handed me back my cup with the same lid and straw.. very gross was not wearing gloves at all.
Well it's no longer the best donut place in the world to go to but other other Foods great
This place is very unprofessional. I asked for liquid sugar and they gave me regular packet sugar. I was charged for liquid cane. I asked if they could fix my drink or refund me they said no. This is crazy this type of business and I go to Dunkin every day.
This has to be the worst Dunkin’ Donuts location in this area. I’ve been here twice and never going back. Both times they’ve got my order wrong. The customer service isn’t that great. You ask for an item on the menu and they cut you off midway to day they don’t have it. (I.e, brown sugar latte. @we don’t have brown sugar”.) it’s horrible. They should get new employees or shut down and make it a Starbucks. Oh and I don’t eat meat. See my receipt below. Also asked for TWO wraps and not one.
I asked for a large vanilla latte with no foam. I don't like the foam & it takes away from the latte. I get home, spoon out the foam and I'm left with a little more than a medium cup of latte, but I've paid for a large. Dd do better. This is the 3rd time this has happened. I'm not coming back
Amazing service ever.. love to visit this place everyday..the staff is very friendly and professional ..my experience is always awesome at the place ???
