Place was a mess, not organized with the orders. Waited too long for my food. Maybe it scause they're moving? Anyway. I hope they do better when they move.
They are moving across the street. I grew up on Krispie Kreme. But their sweet tea is excellent
One of the best experiences I have had at a Dunkin' Donuts. Sara was so friendly and patient while my son took his time to get what he wanted for his first time at Dunkin'. He said it was the best breakfast in years!
Might as well just close the store, claimed they could not make multiple items. Tried to order 5 different items only to be told they didn’t have it, that machine was broken or they “couldn’t” make that. If you can’t make that many items on your menu you either need to fix your routine maintenance so equipment works or train your staff better…
By far one of the better Dunkin' donuts I have been to in Maryland not to mention Maryland service in general as usual pretty Bad they took a leg into my dog and even gave my dog a Plain donut of course we did not give it to her but at least it was the thought that countsThe quality of coffee and food were actually very high and didn't seem like I was eating microwave Garbage
Didn’t see that coming all over butter.We arrived at Dunkin’ Donut this morning.I made my order two Croissants ? well toasted with butter they forgot to add the butter. I was told butter is a extra .64 cent.I said sense when.I was told by Sara that’s the priceIf you don’t like it don’t buy from here.Sara must be new. I come there often and when I do I pay for two cars behind me as well this was the first morning I ever saw Sara she was very nasty and rudeI asked for the manager she said he’s not here so I asked for the receipt for the butter she charged me for two munchies so I said it says munchies not butter she says well that’s all I can do I said we’ll write butter on the receipt I’ll write my name but I’m not writing butter if that’s not good enough just don’t come back so I will not ever buy another donut ? or Patronize Dunkin’ Donuts again .64 cent is a little Excessive to charge a customer for a free Condiment that suppose to come with the Purchase I understand gas is high but don’t take it out on the butter for me my family and friendsWhere done So Sara good job ? customer service skills are awesome
The experience this morning at Duncan was absolutely terrible. We waited in a drive-through line for 10 minutes with only one car in front of us. I ordered a ice coffee and they filled my Up with ice.

Bobby the cashier is racist,I stopped by to buy breakfast for me and my family and was standing in line, bobby didn't wanna help me and instead helped his Indian friend that came in behind me? Do I have to be middle eastern to get good service at this location? Is because I'm Latino that bobby failed to treat me like every other customer? I would like someone from management to reach out to me and tell me why it's okay for bobby to treat other customers better based on the color of their skin.Thank you
