Pleasantly surprised my pizza was ready and waiting when I arrived during peak dinner time. At other locations I've consistently had to wait far beyond the ready window. Very courteous service. Pizza was perfectly cooked too. Love the Brooklyn style crust which is hard to find in this area.
Domino's Pizza @ Bowie Walmart!I came inside to pickup my order.It was ready, they weren't. @ the counter for least 3 minutes, before I started collecting Napkins, while I was waiting to be talked to. After getting 31 napkins, I was asked by an employee, don't I have enough? No, Can I Help You! So, with the poor Customer Service, & Attitude,Let the people know, Don't Go There!Before I was finished getting my order,That employee went around the counter, Taking Up the Napkin Holder's.I was only doing what I did to prove a point.Case Closed, Napkins were more important.G-POP
If I could give a one star I would. I order pizza from this location via there website to be delivered to my house. The pizza tracker was sitting on prep for an hour! When I called there location they told me their delivery driver left at 9:30pm. They failed to contact me and report my food wasn’t being delivered. I had to call them!!! On top of that they didn’t even start making it until I called. The final straw for me was that when I traveled to the store to get my food in person. They had the door locked and was preparing to close but the store sign says they don’t close until 12 it was 11pm at the time. The employees were rude and unwilling to refund me for my order. I will never order from this store again and neither should anyone else. Just horrible!
Worst pizza delivery experience ever. It has now been 2 1/2 HOURS since my order was placed! Tracker said it came out of the oven over an hour ago. I call to check on the status and after sitting on hold forever, no one picks up the phone. Then a recording says no one is available to answer my call and the phone hangs up on me. This happened twice. I want a refund. I don’t want the old, cold pizza now. I don’t want a free pizza in exchange for the inconvenience. I just want my money back and to never bother with this place ever again. Steer clear of this place folks. ?
I ended up at this location because Moh's Pizza was closed. I should have gotten a frozen one from Walmart and called it a day. The pizza arrived late to curbside and I was given the run around about how to get my credit for a free item with my next order. I emailed corporate.Insult to injury, got home and the pizza did not have extra cheese, was over-baked and dry and I had to cut it myself. I should have checked the reviews before visiting this location. I won't be back.
I ordered a pizza, and it has been 2 HOURS! and it has not shown up, I don't even think they are trying anymore they have totally given up this is unacceptable business. I have been on hold for 40 minutes the whole time Aswell so yea 0/10, I should have read the reviews beforehand. Don't recommend!
I Called Dominos and order a medium pizza thin crust! not even a minute gone pass before I called them back to cancel the medium pizza. so I could order two large pizzas I was told after one minute the pizza was done. and I couldn’t redo the order! after a minute or so they let me change the order. To change my order to two Thin crust large pizzas! When I got to the store they had to regular crust pizzas ! I got into a disagreement with the cashier about me ordering thin crust pizza! was told that I didn’t order thin crust which I did. The guy was lying and I did not appreciate it. I know what I ordered………. The customer service with this guy was awful………
Absolutely worse service ever. We understood that it's a Saturday night and delivery would take a long time. Delivery took over an hour and the driver did not have our food. He knocked on the door and stated he had to go back, food must have been left there. We appreciate him knocking... problem is the person who answered the phone when we called back to complain after not getting our food for an hour and half. The person who answered the phone basically said there's nothing we can do, we won't credit your account and can't confirm when your delivery will be back. Basically, I can't help you.... Business owners need to understand we have choices and due to the rudeness and inflexibility of the person who answered the phone, we'll never choose Dominos again.
They’re so stingy with their sauce, If I wanted plain wings I would’ve gotten plain wings. They NEVER prepare anything right so disappointed on the location.
I have to agree with the other reviewers. This Dominoes is terrible. I ordered two medium pizzas at 12:00 PM. They are just now arriving after a mix-up at 1:26 PM, so now I have to eat cold pizza after paying a $5 delivery fee and tipping.\\n\\nI think one of the scariest parts about this delivery was the food that belonged to someone else, the driver is still going to deliver. I would NOT want food that someone else opened to be given to me. That is unacceptable! How do I know my food wasn’t opened and given back? This is why restaurants have quality seals; I would recommend this.\\n\\nThe other issue was the tracker. I looked in the system, and it still says my pizza is being checked for quality. This is the SAME issue another reviewer had a month ago. I wish I had checked the reviews FIRST. I should be compensated for the poor service, but I doubt that will happen. So, I will not order from this location anymore. Although the owner did not yell at me, my souse told me the driver claimed he called which is not true. Go to another Domino’s or pizza place.
