I want to start off by saying this place is always clean and the staff is friendly. My only problem with this location is their inconsistency with pricing. Every time I go I get the same exact order - a make your own creation with 2 mix ins. THE FIRST MIX IN IS FREE. I went in today and I the cashier read me my total, which was higher than usual, and the cashier stated that there was recently a price increase. There, in fact, was no price increase, he forgot to ring my first mix in up as free. So moral of the story, make sure the cashier rings up your first mix in as free!
Very bad experience. Rude service and they dont know how to talk to customers..One of the workers rolled her eyes when i asked for extra sprinkles.
Great ice cream shop with lots of ice cream flavors ...including butter pecan! ???
I paid over $7 bucks for half a scoop of ice cream. There was space at the bottom, and it barely hit the top of the cup. This was a very stingy portion for the price. That’s a first for me. I agree with another commenter about Bruster’s being better price wise, and I can vouch for the portion too. I am very disappointed.
My family and I order from here almost every week. They have great service, never get order wrong and are very pleasant. The ice cream is great by the way.
Many thanks to the staff member (manager?) who fixed a mistake I made this afternoon when I ordered incorrectly online, at no extra cost. That's customer service!

The ice cream was great! Everything was fresh and clean. The customer service was amazing, and the flavors that they sold were mouth-watering! I would highly recommend, and their cakes are absolutely delicious. I really enjoyed the Lemon Sorbet, and their great tasting Mint Chocolate Chip ice cream.
The staff today made me feel like I was a bother. Worse customer service experience I have ever had at this location. Ice cream was all over the containers. Not a good day
I visited coldstone Bowie yesterday and the service wasnt anything short of amazing there. There were 4 assoicates i believe I saw and they greeted me when i walked in the doors and made me feel welcomed and they all tried to take my order at once. I had to apologize to them because i wasnt unsure of what i wanted,but they were patient with me and even gave me suggestions on what to order. They just made my day. ( Kenzy , Jakyraa, kalen,and Deon). The Oreo overload they suggested was delicious.
