My son and I went in at 11:28am to beat lunch rush. There were 6 people ahead of us. While waiting I noticed the man making the food was 100% inexperienced. The person two in front off us was telling him what they wanted and he just seemed lost, and was incredibly sloppy when making the food. The woman at the register took the person right in front of us. We ended up stuck with him, and I didn’t want to be rude and request someone else. Then when he started to make the tacos he was just slopping things in them.When it came back to him finishing my bowl he was only filling up the top of the spoon. I had to keep asking for more of everything. He seemed so annoyed that I was asking. If I’m paying $2.50 for guac give me guac! Then after he finished closing the sloppy food, I had to wait for the woman for the register to finish the food for other people in line before I could pay. I understand a wait but there was no apology and the fact I spent $20 on food that wasn’t prepared with care or even neatly so it could be eaten as intended is irritating.
Always a great place to go eat. You have to insist on more if you want more. Don't be shy.
I am very mad and disappointed. 6/30/2022 I order on DoorDash and my order was canceled. My order was apparently “unable to be fulfilled”. I ordered a burrito with white rice and steak. WHAT WAS THERE NOT TO BE FULFILLED CHIPOTLE?? Smh y’all lucky y’all’s food is good because I promise you I would never order here again after I was truly heartbroken after not getting my burrito. Wasted 16.60
Came to Chipotle, Bowie Town center. They open at 10:45am. The doors were locked so I looked in to see the workers sitting at the table eating, while one was in the kitchen. They all looked at me and continued on. 10:50am I was let in but they never unlocked the doors for anyone else. When I got in, I asked why the doors were locked. I was told because they go on break before opening. Then food was still not prepared and I had to wait until it was cooked. After I got my food, people were walking up to the door but it was still locked. So some customers left and others started to call. Eventually they unlocked the doors at 11:01am.
I am sick of this location. They have no clue what they are doing. They charge you so much and can not make the order properly. The staff needs better training. I will not continue to go to this location.
My husband ordered from this location last night. He ordered a burrito with chicken, fajita, lettuce, cheese and some of the salad dressing inside. This morning he woke up with diarrhea, nausea, and stomach pain.We will not be ordering from this location anymore.
The workers there were super duper nice and did an amazing job dealing with getting the orders done quickly.

This location at Bowie Town Center is on the decline w/ the ongoing staffing shortage & quality of customer service. This location has been sporadically closing hours early w/ no signage on the door. Corporate needs to address the deficits as this location is in a high foot traffic area.
Here just before "dinner-time (4:45), no line to order eat-in. Food looked fresh and served generously! Friendly staff. Enjoyed a carnitas salad ($9.10) and a small drink ($2.70). Seems even the drinks are going up! Sign-of-the-times. Thanks Joe!
