I did an online order for the 1st time in a long time at this Chipotle - Vista Gardens in Lanham, MD. My order was supposed to be ready at 8:10p and the app says finished orders are placed on a shelf to pick up - other orders were alreadyon the shelf when I arrived. Because it was busy, I waited for my order to be completed since it wasn't on the shelf. I arrived at 8:10p. I waited until 8:30p because my order wasn't on the shelf yet. I got curious and asked a cashier when my order would be ready and she reached over behind the counter (out of sight) and handed me my order. I was very surprised. It was ready but they kept it (the only order) behind the counter. I got home and everything was cold. I would not recommend this restaurant.
I just spent $30 to have people be rude to me! Love it. So, apparently because it shows on the web menu, that does not mean the staff knows it exists. Then, they make something you did not want, because it sounds similar. The kids meals are a joke, and wow, now Queso is a side? A sauce is a side. If I want to drop this kind of money for 3 meals, I’ll go next door.
I just did not like the food. Maybe it is the seasoning but it didn't taste good.
Please check your food. I had missing stuff. The food was good though.
The food is fresh and tastes good. However every time I've ordered food, I never get everything I ask for like double meat, guacamole...and the bowl is always almost half of what I get in person. I expect consistency!
Lines have been long lately, but moving faster. Food is always fresh and they usually have all the ingredients. A lil stingy at times. But all in all, my fav location. Still not sure why security is needed, but not there everyday.
I like this Chipotle because they give you nice scoops while you putting your order together and they don't hesitate when you say "just a little bit" or "extra" .
I was giving her one bowl order ,and she more on to the next customer. Make sure you are finishing up with the first customer service before moving forward to the next person
This is the best Chipotle in Maryland. I come here at least once a week for that reason and they never disappoint
