Avoid this chipotle. Always missing an item from the orders you place online, last time they forgot the chicken on my bowl, this time chips and requested salsas were missing. Hire people who can read orders properly or buy a better printer.
Yeah..small spot but fast and efficient! Similar locations are fast but this one is a really quick spot. Tacos are unbelievable! Cinco Yums ??????up
First time at this location, arrived 3 children 3 adults, upon entering saw the trash bins overflowing, front tables and high tables not bussed or wiped clean, young personnel wanted to hurry one through, food on the steam table was at the lows of their containers, not hot and a drink forgotten in the order, plastic utensils on side board exposed in an aluminum container and not of tidy/clean appearance. In these days of covid, not a passing grade, lucky I'm not a health/food inspector.
Customer service has always been poor. Several times the food has been cold, in person and online orders (that I had to wait 20 min past pickup time for). The last time I was there, my child got sick (vomiting) a few hours after eating there. Once all the food was out, he was fine so didn't seem to be a stomach bug. I will not be returning.
Second time that I have found a bug in my food from this location. The first time I decided to let it go because “mistakes happen” but a second time? Smh. Service is slow, lettuce is always spoiled…. Go anywhere else.
Very careless and don’t give out quality food. Two hard chunks of avocado pieces. And we are paying extra for this. Seriously needs to do better.

OLD REVIEW experience from July- September 2021: Rice uncooked (hard), barely any chicken on my bowl, chicken few times was kinda uncook as well. This has happened to me more than once while I ordered here. Please management, make sure your staff cooks properly. Note: I live 4-5mins from this restaurant, & I prefer to drive 13 mins each way into another location, plus the schedule now is 12 PM to * PM, I cannot even give an opportunity to this location at this point.
Reading some of the reviews people are so entitled yet keep coming back to the location— there’s a pandemic and EVERY restaurant is still struggling with staff. This place is always slammed and most of the staff go to the high school up the road— show some GRACE and KINDNESS! Coming on here to complain about burritos being made slow....and half of you are grown adults! I personally had a smooth visit. Have been coming and will keep coming for a quick meal when I haven’t had a chance to cook at home.
It takes so long to get your food. Expect to see one or two employees making the food of 50 people . It stinks so bad in the place by the time you get your food you'll have lost your appetite. Just go to the chickfila right near it and save yourself the headache.
What happened to this place? I used to get great service and great food here. Lately employees there are lacking basic customer service skills. The food? Not so great anymore. I've been going there for years. Won't be back to this location.
