U know it’s crazy when u gotta leave chick fil A A bad review ! They couldn’t find my order, I had already waited forever in a very long g drive through line. Them they kept trying to tell me pull around the corner and wait some more never confirming finding my order. They kept trying to push me aroind the corner and fatboy here came huffing and puffing ? ?
Nothing is perfect. Ordering on the app and them saying someone is on the way shouldn't take 10 minutes to get to me
Always love Chick-fil-A. They've got one of the best chicken sandwiches out of any fast food restaurant. But the speed of service at this particular location is below par compared to most locations. Beyond that I had a good experience.
Drive thru had long lines. But we got quick and easy service at lunch time rush hour by going inside. Seasonal peach smoothie is delicious!
They were quick polite and gave very good service!we really enjoyed our milkshakes too!we'll be back ?
Chick-fil-a hands down has THE BEST experience. The drive through is always ridiculously long, but the staff gets you in and out in 5 minutes or less. I don't know how they do it. My food was accurate and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately, the parking here is awful. They really can't do anything about that given the space the have to work with. I would suggest parking in the Shopper's grocery store area and walk across to pick up your food if you don't want to sit in the drive through line.
I love Chick fil A. And usually you get great service and never have any issues. But on a Friday afternoon, this location was overly crowded and it was a substantial wait. I Had to wait for my food in the drive thru waiting area (has never happened before) as ididnt order anything special. And I had to send the drive thru person back 2 times. Once for my drinks that they forgot to give me, and again for my requested sauces that weren't in the bag. I guess they were overwhelmed with all the drive thru orders. I love chick fil a, but I probably wouldn't go back to this particular location, and especially not on a Friday afternoon.
It was okay, not as friendly as they use to be. My milk shake was order very thick it was given to me the opposite. I live for a very thick shake a few of the staff at this location know what a thick looks like.
The girls at the drive through were extremely rude almost hit me with my food through my car window didn’t even look at me, handed me the food like it was nothing. Worst chick fil a experience I’ve had
Pretty much the most consistent restaurant one can go to both service and quality wise.
