The customer service here is phenomenal, although it takes a little bit of time to get in line here some days when it's busy during lunch time. I really enjoy the way the staff treats me with respect and doesn't give me any jeers or strange looks when I ask for things like extra seasoned salt or honey mustard on my cheesesteak. This is always been my go-to place for a cheesesteak so to see this place run with such good staff is a good thing to see.
Very disappointed ?! I had take-out. Got home and had a sandwich that I didn't order. Gas is to expensive to go back. I tried calling several times and never got through. Before I got my order a man came in complaining that his order was incorrect as well. I gave three stars because the fries were not and hot.
Got the small Bacon 3 Cheesesteak. I will go back get large one next time. Great!!!
Actually, much better than I anticipated. Quite a pleasant surprise. The employees were professional, courteous and fast. The steak and cheeses were very good and contained enough meat. I had been avoiding this place because the steak and cheese has suffered serious demise in the DC area. My son convinced me to try Charleys and he was right. So far so good. A few more times will tell the tale.

Terrible owner ! Last time I stopped by was last week Friday and I saw how rudely they spoke to their employees and didn’t lend them a hand to help knowing they were STRUGGLING.
All I’m saying is these ladies must have well fed husbands! They put a hurting on this food out here! Holy cow was this ever tasty, fresh and well served with kindness!
