Was there to pick up an order today around 6:30pm and the person who is supposed to be taking orders was extremely rude and sassy and didn’t care at all. She also wasn’t even up at the front at all.I got there when there was 6 people already in the restaurant, and 5 more + me coming in as well. She came out after a bit of us all standing there and a guy had said he was waiting to order and she walked back into the back for another 10 minutes. When she called my name it was in a very sassy and rude tone and there was still everyone who was previously waiting to be either sat or order still waiting.
Bad. Multiple people waited over 30 minutes for their wings. Then the wings were delivered to the wrong people. Ohh and there were only about 10 total patrons. Server did not note specials which is just poor as some people don't know the deals or happy hour times.Out of BWW "Goose Island" 3$ beer. Just poor planning.Will not return.
no customer service at all, walked in and waiting 15 mins and no one attended to about five of us in line. Had to call the phone just to get someone’s attention. extremely slow and just terrible service. just make wings at home fr or go to slim chickens across the street
Had a burger and some fries with friends. First shock was that the serving dish was an industrial baking/cooking tray (like the ones you see in cafeteria). Food was oily but not exactly unexpected. Second shock was just how quiet it gets on a Sunday at brunch time. Third was how distracting the numerous tvs were but that par for the course.My burger was not bad but not substantial to filling me up. Fries were salted adequately. Non-alcoholic drinks are Pepsi products and the waitress let us know about new deals for food (deal on nachos at the time).Overall, I enjoyed my first time at BWW.
No tablets which is one of the reasons we decided on BWW tonight. The queso was watery. The wings were just ok especially for a wing place. Could've been fried a little harder. We were charged for the celery although there was no mention of a charge for celery on the menu. Had to ask for caramel sauce for the cheesecake even though caramel sauce is in the actual name of the dessert. And... the cheesecake was completely frozen. The server didn't even offer a comp or discount for it. She was nice but kind of clueless. She took my beer before I was done with it. We do not plan on coming back to this location. This particular store is giving BWW a bad name. Oh, and my daughter and I witnessed a young lady trying to get into her car while being hit on by an older guy who appeared to be a manager. Smh.
I had to go somewhere else for dinner once again they didn't have half the things I order from there menu then wouldn't let you pick something different of the same value to compensate. This is not the first time this has happened its making me think twice about trying to give them another chance
Unfortunately really horrible service tonight. The kitchen made the burger No one at the front. Waiters and bartenders seemed to only want to serve people drinking alcohol or people they know. I sat at the bar because the bartender would see me to place my order and get my food. But that didn't work. I was working just like them, I just didn't get a chance to eat dinner so I stopped in. And I received really horrible service. I was hoping that after getting food in my tummy I'd get a beer. But I just don't want to be here. The kitchen made the food good though.
No matter what you order at this location you get the opposite. You want dry rub you get wet . You want regular you get Krispy. Employee are friendly and attentive but takeout sucks here. I got wet when I ordered dry and I got boneless mixed with my traditional not what I ordered.
I ordered a Double All American Cheeseburger and both Pattie’s were completely burnt. This was my first and last time ordering. I love Buffalo Wild Wings and thought I would give their burgers a try. I will definitely stick with the wings!!!!
If I could give this place no stars, I would. I went there last night for drinks and it was terrible. Very unprofessional bartender. She seemed like she didnt want to be there. Her mood lightened up once her regular customers showed up to the bar.Surprisingly, she was friendly then. I still sat there and ordered one more drink then I decided to order wings. The sauce was good but the wings were very unseasoned. The wings were huge too. We left after we kept smelling a mop water scent..Never again!
