ordered online went to pick up my order employees did not even pay us any attention at the pick up window waited with 2 other customers for over 20 minutes for lady to say your order was ready along time ago. service is horrible either you guys need more employees or a better working plan. my bag did not have any spoons nor napkins.

Preserved cake batter ice cream with Oreo toppings and a brownie sundae to go.I wasn’t aware that the cake batter had sprinkles in it. If so, I would have just gotten regular vanilla. The brownie Sunday was okay. They placed the brownie at the bottom of the container instead of on top.
By far the best experience and great customer service in a very long time. I am a huge fan of the Southern Banana Pudding ? Ice-cream ?. I would recommend Bruster's to anyone that enjoys fresh, delicious ?, variety of flavors and friendly service. Stays packed during summer and that speaks volumes. Love ? it!

We ordered Banana Puddin Shakes. They were excellent. It was made perfectly. Very creamy without lumps from the bananas or wafers. Just perfect. I drove 30 minutes for this shake and will definitely repeat. It was worth the gas.
