Sunday Jul 2, 2022 was my first & last visit at the Bowie, MD location. My waitress was very Inexperienced & was not familiar with the menu. I ordered a Santa Fe Salad, minus advocado and cheese along with dressing on the side. The salad was returned because it had avocado on it & I never received the crispy corn tortilla chips that should’ve come on the salad. When I asked my waitress Sarah she had no clue, so I asked her to review the menu. Needless to say I never got them. I spoke to the manager about the service & he was no help at all. Sarah informed us that she was very new & it showed. In my opinion, she was servicing too many tables for someone who wasn’t familiar with the menu. I rated this restaurant one star because the manager’s customer service skills set the bar for his employees & the bar for this restaurant is set very low.
I will not be returning to this location. The waitress we had was not trained to serve any tables. She was so aware in what to do. People at the end of the table had to scream their orders the waitress never walked around to hear each order. The waistees had no mask. We had to ask for silverware and plates after the appetizer was on the table for at least 10 minutes or so. The food was luke warm. The waitress forget to place several people orders, so food came out real late and some people were already done their food about time their food came. It was a table of 8 people.
The service was slow. The rib eye steak was full of gristle, fatty, and tasteless. The asparagus were too small and tasteless. The only thing good was the baked potato. The strawberry dakairi was flat out tasteless and watered down. We weren't offered bread or rolls nor a complimentary side salad. Overall my tab was overpriced, although the server was gracious and overworked. He deserved the tip I left.
The restaurant could not find our reservation even though it could seen on my phone. The lady at the front was rude and wanted to dismiss the reservation all together. She finally had One of the managers Brandon come out to speak with me. The experience of speaking to both of them was a waste of time and it doesn’t seem that the two of them understood the concept of customer service. The overall wait was a huge inconvenience. The server and two of the young ladies working the hostess station were polite, professional and trying to assist as much as they could. Minimal wait and amazing food; however, the special request I had on the reservation was not followed through.
The food was good, my only minor complaint is that it took a long time to receive our food. But when it did arrive it was good.
The service and food were very good. The waitress, Precious did an excellent job!!! I will definitely come back again.

Food was delicious. Wait time was great!! Walked right in. Restaurant had a lot of finger brings on the front door n plexiglass that separates the tables. Waitress was very polite n gave awesome service.
We had a party of six. At first here was a mixup in our reservation but once we were seated the young lady that was our server did an excellent job got our order correct and served to us in a timely manner. kudos to her
