White guy with glasses behind the counter has a god complex. I’ve been coming to this location for a few years now and have never had any issues until he started working here. I ordered over the phone for pickup and received a completely different order…when I went back and asked why he didn’t specify over the phone about what I had ordered he was literally speechless. When I asked for the manager he stated he was the manager (since when??). Will not be returning.
Very well maintained establishment with friendly staff. My mom and I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and the grilled chicken sandwich. The portion size was incredible and seasoned very well.
Annapolis rd locationNo utensils, no ketchup, paid for xtra dressing, didn’t get it, asked for tartar sauce, didn’t get it, French fries either old or under cooked. And when I called he didn’t care. Told me to call GrubHub
1st off i am a loyal customer at this location and i do not understand or like the disrespect that my wife and i received at your store. We were waiting in line for a pick up order. A lady came into the store and the guy behind the counter took her order and overlooked us! Caucasian guy with glasses( he would not give his name and stated he was the manager and i know he was not) so my wife asked why would you take her order before mine. I was next in line. He stated it does not matter, life is not fair. I was shocked at this statement. never had a customer service issue at this location in my 3 years living in bowie. I will no longer support this store. I know this will fall on deaf ears but this guy was Rude. you definitely lost a loyal customer. but who cares about customer service in this day in age.
Quick in & out to pick up lunch. Good customer service. My salad with Fried Talapia was SO good. I'll be ordering it again.

They put the cold celery in the box with hot wings!! Does that make any sense? Hot celery by the time you get home.
