Decided to get some wings here. The location is pretty clean, staff are somewhat friendly and helpful in deciphering their flavors. I ordered 5 honey mustard and 10 hot Caribbean citrus. Either the oil that they used to cook was old or the wings weren't good but tasted pretty bad, strange after taste. Did not finish the wings. Everything was unnecessarily greasy. Fries were ok, crispy but no flavor.
I found several strands of hair in my salad, I called and asked for a refund, they refused and said I had to bring the food back.

We order from this establishment mostly every Friday night. 15 lemon pepper wings, 15 honey obay wings, large fry, catfish salad or platter, and catfish sub. The food has always been good.
Truly the best fast food wings. Bone-in and boneless (all white meat, no filler). Sometimes they're fried too hard, so if you like yours softer, request it.
I ordered a 20 piece from and had it delivered through Uber Eats I also ordered sides and paid $80 plus dollars for the whole order. I received burned chicken, either it was cooked too long or the oil needed to be changed. This is unacceptable and quality control needs to upgraded in this location. I should have went with my first choice and purchased Popeyes.
I did not see my review, so I am sending it again. The chicken we ordered last night, a 20 piece plus sides was burnt! The grease was old! It was terrible! I should have cooked my own chicken This is my last time ordering from this place! Never order chicken after a certain time because you will get the old chicken refried! I should have picked it up myself!!!
Could not find wings anywhere to prepare for my daughter’s birthday so I ordered wings here. Online they list 75 wings for $71.40 and $3 extra for more flats than drumsticks. I call and order and when I went to pick them up they charged me $97. I asked the man why the price was different and he just shrugged his shoulders. I paid and left and just became frustrated by the horrible customer service and rudeness. I called and challenged them again and said they charged me $22 dollars more than what they advertised online. I was told those were old prices and they were not going to credit me the difference. I didn’t even eat any of the wings at the party, I don’t care how good their food supposedly is! I will not spend my money at any business if they don’t stand by their advertising and then treat people so poorly. I will make sure everyone knows how poor their customer service is. They don’t deserve anyone’s business!!
