Me and my husband came down to the DC area for a few days and we stopped in WOB at like 7pm on a Tuesday. That place was packed, but after eating there I’m not surprised that it’s so busy on a Tuesday. The atmosphere is great, they have a great beer selection and the food is AMAZING. I highly recommend the beer pretzel. But the best thing about this place to me is the staff. I’ve worked in food service, this place was basically at max capacity and even with all that, we were taken care of basically immediately, and not just that while we waited for them to clean a table for us I had 6-7 different staff members come upto ask if we needed anything and made sure we were being taken of. Which is like insane considering how busy they were. My waiters name is Guillermo, he was just genuinely a good guy, very nice, calm and attentive. I really cannot stress how great the service is, but all of the other things (beer/food/price/ect.) were also absolutely sublime?
Let me just say that this is not the kind of place I would normally go on a regular basis. So why the 5 stars? The beer list is comparable to any craft beer bar. The food is exactly what you expect from a gastropub/sports bar, but very well done. The reason for the 5 star review is because of the service. The hosts/hostesses, waiters/waitress, and bartenders were all amazing. Every member of the staff was polite and going out of their way to take care of the patrons. Not at all what I expected in a busy night. This place was a pleasant surprise on our trip and I would frequent this bar if I lived locally.

The bartenders were super nice and attentive to our every needs and were open for questions and advice. Nice place to hangout out with friends during Happy hours! The beer selections were AWESOME ?
Visiting from Chicago and we stopped by after dinner out to have another drink. We ended up staying for a couple drinks and returned the next night. Even though it’s the World of Beer they have some great cocktails! Service was also really great.
Staff is friendly, great crowd and beer selection obviously. Happy hour is ridiculously cheap. $3 drafts, $2.50 tacos on Tuesday. Runs til 7pm. Nice that they have trivia on Tuesdays.
One of our go to happy hour places. Expansive menu, and even better beer menu. There is something for everyone! They even have great trivia on Tuesday nights!

Now here's a spot where you get good food topped with great customer service. We tried this after an unpleasant experience at Caddies. Glad we tried this spot... definitely enjoyed the Superbowl here. I believe our waiter was Mike... big guy who definitely made it a great experience. Everyone in the place was hyped at the halftime show... definitely a cool environment to grab a beer w/ good company.
