Service was good. But smoothie tasted like old fruit.
The food is good when it is prepared correctly. The problem is the staff and management. They don't read the tickets thoroughly and often have a hard time getting orders right. If you order an item say without chicken there is about a 50-50 it will still come with chicken. Side items are often left out of the order. When all goes well, it's a fine experience, but just know that if you place an order for delivery you are taking your chances. If the order isn't right, you have no recourse because they NEVER answer the phone. Best to dine in to do carryout.
Recently ordered a wrap. Everything was fine until I but into a non-edible object in my food!!!!

I went to the restaurant about 7:50. The posted hours are until 8 pm. on weekends. The person on charge said that the oven was being cleaned and they were no longer serving food. If at all possible avoid going to this establishment because the service is terrible and they don't need or want your business during ALL business hours. There are plenty of other restaurants in the Bethesda area to choose from. Don't choose this one. The standard is too poor.
My daughter just ate a wrap from this place and we believe has food poisoning!! Violent vomiting and diarrhea!!!!
I've been trying to call for an hour to cancel an order. No one answers and the mailbox is full.
Do Not order from the app for the Bethesda location. They will not give you your whole order and NEVER answer the phone. It rings to a voicemail that is full and won't let you leave a message and even though it goes through doordash doordash can't help with your order. Very disappointing!!
Never answer phone if incorrect order. No recourse.
I love getting smoothies from here but the black guy (im blk) that works here is rude and has no customer service at all. I go in here all the time at 1st i thought he was having a bad day but its been too many times. His attitude shows.
