Disappointed in this sweet green location due to small portion size and poor customer service. We usually love sweetgreen and it's a go to place for us when we are out and about and looking to grab a healthy and tasty meal... But we won't be coming back to this location.Food tasted good, as it usually does, but the staff person who made our salads did not fully fill the serving cup for the add ins (some of which cost extra) and when my husband asked her to please scrape out the rest of the avocado from the skin (she left a big chunk), she rolled her eyes and threw it out anyway. Seemed unnecessarily wasteful and rude. Can see in the photos the bowls are hardly filled.Overall not friendly vibes from the staff-- just rushed and stressed like it was an inconvenience that we were there. Tables were dirty too.We are usually have no hesitation to spend the $12-15 per salad from sweetgreen knowing it will be tasty and fill us up, but not at this location.
Terrible service. I emailed about item not received and they refuse to give me my money back. Want to give a measly $10. Unfortunately I will just have to go through my bank, which will cost them more. They are NOT customer friendly, only care about their bottom line, and I will no longer support them! Being cheap over $8 only to loose $40+, get better management!
Horrible Guacamole Greens tonight. Arrived home and only had one half of an avocado between two salads. Seriously???
I have eaten here many times, and today is the only day I was disappointed. The roasted chicken and tofu were very dried out. Tomatoes too green and no taste to the roasted mushrooms.
It is a good place to eat salads, also if you are counting calories this place takes care about. The prices are between 10-15$, and the salads are tasty.
As a white man in my late 40s with a family history of high cholesterol, I have started to become much more health conscious when it comes to my diet. Thank God for Sweetgreen! Healthy, delicious, affordable food. Wonderful customer service. Beautiful and clean location. Thank you Sweetgreen Bethesda!
The workers are so nice, easily the best Sweetgreen i have been to. My favorite place in all of the DMV. I feel at home.
I Always Order Sweet Green Through Uber & It’s Always Perfect But Today Was Awful. I Ordered The Hot Honey Chicken Bowl. There Was Absolutely No Chicken In The Bowl. I Contacted Sweetgreen & Uber . Uber Didn’t Give Me My Money Back & Sweet Green Only Gave Me A $5 Credit On Their App.
A little pricey but good.
