saw a dead roach one time between the turkey slices and the worker simply threw it off and proceeded to use the same turkey slices in my sandwich... subway is decent in general but this location is consistently bad. The ingredients are low quality and stale, and sometimes just taste off. Might have to stop going altogether. There are plenty of other locations better than this one

Even though salads are on the big menu, I was told they do not make salads anymore and I had to have a salad in the much smaller protein bowl. What gives?

Worst experience ever. Dont waste your time going there. Bad customer service. they messed up my entire order. When I came back to speak with the manager he told me that he already made a new order for someone else. he messed my entire order and gave the other to someone else. He didnt want to take care of it and kept ignoring me. His name Guillermo Quiroa
District manager Guillermo Quiroa was messing up my entire order then we complained he emailed me to come in the store so they can redo my order. I called him to make sure I can come today and he told me that he already gave my order to someone else. I would like to complain about him and his disgusting attitude.
I will never ever come to this Subway again. Their meatball sandwiche are nasty AF. I feel like I was ripped off. I asked for extra cheese on my Meatball sandwich and they didn’t put extra cheese on my sandwich. They even charged me for extra cheese when I didn’t get it. The meatballs tasted stale and over-cooked.

Servers where very impatience with me, maybe it's because of my accent which I'm very proud of, and it was not even crowded ?.
