Wait too long always and the coffee isn't THAT good

Your morning barista needs some training just got the worst coffee this morning.
Harnessed by a HT employee and initially ignored by the Starbucks barista. I was the only person getting coffee. In short I won’t be going back.
this is the worst!!! the customer service is bad and the coffee was extremely bitter each and every time idk why i even attempt to try maybe because its close to my job.. just save your time and money and go somewhere else
This Starbucks is trash. There is never anyone working. Someone needs to look into this and get some new employees.
No one's ever there. Even when its supposed to open in the morning.
I walked in at 7am (mind you they open at 6) and there was no one to be found anywhere. What a joke.
I love the staff here. I go here instead of the locations downtown because it's always less busy, and the employees treat you like a friend.
Normally I wouldn’t be reviewing a Starbucks because, it’s a Starbucks. However, this particular store really surprised me on how bad the service really was. Almost every single time I go there, the staff is on a break. One time I even saw the staff sitting in a table next to the Starbucks, on her phone not doing her job while there were many customers waiting. The last straw for me, was when none of the Starbucks workers were there, so a worker from Harris Teeter was there. The poor guy didn’t even know how to make any drinks except coffee. Please do NOT go to this Starbucks at all costs. I strongly encourage going to the Starbucks on Norfolk avenue that is 5 minutes away from this one because it has much better service.
