They always get my order wrong and they always seem to have an attitude when I order or ask for them to fix an order.
I come to this Starbucks everyday, and I have never had a bad experience. The employees are beyond welcoming, and there is always positive energy in the cafe. They decorate for any holiday, and play great music at all times throughout the year. In addition, my drink always comes quickly, likely part to do with their efficient mobile ordering station and organization. Love love LOVE!

It's probably just me, but I've never cared for their over priced coffee. Also sometimes difficult to find a seat because people bring their laptops with them, and park themselves at a table for hours.

They used to have more comfortable chairs, problaly becuase of pandemic, they don't want to much loitering
I always come to this location to get a poor over this time somewhat I get tricked for an Americano, I saw this person was training few staff members and when I asked for an poor over she made me an Americano and never called any name so I get tricked even better it is sad to see trainers are doing it worse, I know some staff do not like to make poor over but Starbucks made this order to fit in some people who know about coffee not just all sugar base drinkers on the other hand this sweet lady works as a cashier you can feel her smile through the mask when I ask about a poorover she brings all the way to my table regardless any profiling.Eventhough I gave this person ( trainer ) a second chance to make it rihgt by addressing the issue of why she made me an Americano when I asked about pourover she coldly responded is there anything I can help you with ughhhhh.
Was my favorite spot, but the wifi has gone down hill , so barely visit like before.
