Bad customer service. The young lady who works this Starbucks always sounds like she's miserable working her shifts. She doesn't communicate well with customers or tries to help you order if you have questions on the menu. All you will receive is a lot of eye rolling and attitude. I come here very often as I work across the street & multiple shoppers have complained about the same thing yet no one seems to correct her behavior. Looks like I will have to shop at the Starbucks down the street with our co-workers.
