Another great experience! Went out with friends and even though we had a few changes to the menu items when we ordered, Demetri was both patient and charming when serving us! We had dinner and drinks, and played some pool upstairs to top off the evening. Food was yummy, drinks were yummy, service was awesome! (you thought I was gonna say yummy, didn't you?) Great job, thank you for your hard work!

Good food, friendly staff

I tried the burger once and really liked it. Sadly, Ever since, the service has been horrible. Onsite, there is almost always something wrong with my order. And all four times I have ordered online to pickup, when I get there, they only have half my order, act confused when I point out they only gave me part of what I already paid for, and when I get home, two out of the four times the food isn't what I ordered anyway. (The order was right. The food was completely different.) Totally incompetent.

We stopped by for lunch this past weekend and it was a good experience. The food was good, they definitely could use more seasoning on their burgers, but it wasn’t terrible. Stay away from the Mac and cheeses, it’s just not good. The brussel sprouts however where immaculate! The drinks are also pretty good. Our bartender was nice and attentive even though she had several customers. We also went upstairs to play a game of pool. You have to leave your license or some form of ID with the bartender, then they give you the balls and you get your stick from the pool areaupstairs. At least that’s what happened when we went. There was no bartender working upstairs, so you’ll have to go downstairs if you want a drink. This is a pretty good restaurant all things considered. They can definitely improve on some things, but we would definitely return.

Frequented RB on the regular several years ago, it was a mainstay in my lunch rotation. After working out of the area for a while I was excited forward to resurrecting my old routine. I'm sorry to say it's nothing like before. The food was truly mediocre. The fish tacos were amongst the best around, and those served a few weeks ago were just horrible. I understand the pandemic hit some restaurants hard, but my (and my guests) experience recently was supremely sub-par.Will give it another go after some time passes for nostalgia's sake, but there are lots of great options in the immediate area that will win the business if they can't get it together. Hope they will step up their game.

Do not go here on a Saturday night. It was half an hour before the waitress even showed up to our table (after I went to the host stand and told them no one had showed up yet) and another 20 minutes after that to get our first round of drinks. Then another 30 minute wait for the next round of drinks. The waitress barely ever stopped by. She said they were busy with the comedy show people: I guess they get priority? Either way I won’t be coming back here. Worst service I’ve experienced in a really long time. I just came for drinks and I couldn’t even get that.

We have been to Rock Bottom on a number of occasions and have always enjoyed the food and the people working there. In fact, I love the place so much that I proposed to my girl friend over dinner there two weeks ago. The servers were as excited as we were. When some friends said that they wanted to take us to dinner tonight to celebrate, we asked them to meet us at Rock Bottom. We all enjoyed ourselves and, as always, the food and our server were fantastic.

good came out fast and hot. less then ten minutes later. service and food was good!

This used to be a great place - we used to be regulars on Sunday night after basketball... But now they close at 10pm and they actually stop serving at 9:30. Several times we sat outside in October/November - as most restaurants do now, but Rock Bottom they wouldn't serve us outside, but Rock Bottom said come inside to get your drinks. Not sure what happened to them , but we went to Olazzo across the street and they had no problem serving us outside. Also since the winter months we started going to Tommy Joe's, they open til late...

Usually these brewery/restaurants food is about on par with Applebee's so I was not expecting much here. The inside is large and for a Friday night at 7:00 not busy so there was some concern. Our server was great. Was there to make sure we were okay but not obtrusive. I had the Hop Bomb beer and it was very good, nice bitterness and a great smooth taste, not over powering. We ordered our food. I ordered fish tacos after asking our server about them. He said they were great, obviously was a fan. At our table a cheeseburger, steak and chicken tenders filled the order out. The food came fairly quickly but was freshly prepared. All came with the waffle fries that were delicious. Portions were very generous. The fish tacos were very large and there were three of them. I was really surprised at how good they were and would definitely order them again. My wife had the burger, it was huge and prepared exactly how she wanted it. It must have been good because she finished the whole thing! Our friends also enjoyed their meals. Afterwards we did something we normally do not do and order desert. My wife and I shared the brownie and our friends had the carrot cake. These deserts are good for two or even three! Very good. The bill was reasonable. For the tacos, burger, desert, two beer and two 9 oz glasses of Kendall Jackson Chardonnay the base bill was $84. With tip $100.00. Not cheap eats but very good. As far as being empty by the time we lest the bar area was full with 20/30 somethings, they start later then we do.
