This coffee shop has terrible ambiance and the coffee was terrible. It was also freezing and my daughter was shivering. When I asked if I could shut the door because it was 40° out the man behind the counter shook his head no then told me to move to the back of the coffee shop even though all of those tables were full. Overall terrible experience and will never be back.
Staff was friendly and the place calm. The coffee was.... Okay. The price per bag was not in line with the quality so that's the big reason for rating. It's not bad, it's just severely over priced.
Coffee was terrible that we just dumped it in the trash. It tasted like just sugar water rather than a coffee with a good blend of milk. When I called the store to share my experience, all I got was an excuse after excuse. If you are a stickler for coffee, just avoid this place.

It’s funny how bad reviews are left after one incident… I’ve experienced all the days over the last year, rude teens, delay in online orders and order mix ups but for the most part I’ve had a positive experience and that’s what I’m basing this review on. In a covid world I’ve learned to flex on my customer service needs and appreciate people in the service industry a little more. It’s a solid 4 star for me. I’m not a big fan of their drip coffee because it’s very bitter leans dark roast, but their lattes are crack! Unlike most places you get three shots in the medium but don’t be fooled the price point is higher, but you get what you pay for so enjoy!

The girl at the counter with the glasses was very nice and she even recommended me an interesting drink choice. Think it was called the iced mint cream. Correct me if I am wrong. But this place is awesome. For my first time going there. My experience was definitely a good one. Ps; I drank all of my beverage already and can’t share any pics of it lol.
15+ yr customer but no more. Dreadful completely disorganized service. Not worth the wait
They don’t check online orders and hence you wait for basic order for 30min, and when you ask for the delay they answer YAH. Advise not to go there if you don’t want to ruin your day
Bad experience. I asked if they carry a light roast coffee. I explained that I don’t like any dark or medium roast coffees.The gentleman answered with confidence that they do have a light roast coffee and it would be one of their pour over.!! I got the coffee and drove away just to discover that the coffee is one of the darkest bitter coffee I have ever tasted.
