Nice place, one of the best Chinese in Bethesda (ample, clean, nice decoration). Good service, good food, reasonable prices.

Peter Chang is truly a master of the Szechuan pepper. The tingling pepper adds a unique flavor profile to both the traditional Chinese dishes offered at Q and the innovative, modern dishes they specialize in.We started with the vegetable dumplings and the dry-fried eggplant. The dumplings were delicious and the eggplant "sticks" were spicy with a crunchy outside and creamy center. For entrees we had the Mapo Tofu, which was tingling from the Szechuan peppers but the tofu was on the soft and mushy side. That was our least favorite dish.We also had the Three Peppers Beef, which was out favorite. It was hot- but my wife who can't handle super hot, was able to enjoy it.We had a third dish, in case the beef was too spicy for my wife, the Xian Style Lamb Yopo Noodle- a little on the dry side but very delicious. With a beer, a lemon drop martini, and an extra rice, the total was $118 before tip. We'll definitely be back to Q next time we're in Bethesda.

Expensive and disappointing. I initially liked it enough, because they had typical takeout dishes like lo mein that seemed to be made with slightly more thought. However, at the price point, it's not worth it. Their version of sesame chicken is worse than the radioactive orange chicken from Panda Express. Aside from the dumplings and the lo mein everything is either fine or bad -- neither justify the price tag.The topper: I ordered extra sauce for my dumplings with my online order. They actually took the effort to charge me $1.11 for the extra sauce requested in the description; which would be fine, but they sent neither --the extra sauce or the original. I rarely get annoyed about things like that, but it was a real "come on man" moment. one needs their sauce for these dumplings, you took the time and energy to read my note and charge me more for extra, and you sent neither.Forget it. Move along and order from your usual Chinese takeout joint.

Good food, service and price!! Would like to visit again if go back to the area. Love it! A true Chinese food. Not American Chinese food. Me and my boyfriend are from Asia, and this reminds us our hometown! Highly recommend.

Probably one of the best Chinese restaurants in the DMV area. I highly recommend the three pepper beef dish with a side of chilies (a bit spicy but adds so much to the flavor), quite delicious! The prices were reasonable and good value so definitely check this place out if you're into Chinese cuisine!

We’ve eaten at P’s before and have always been impressed. However, we tried take out/delivery this time and we were disappointed. While the Tofu Duck Soup (green) was as good as we remember, the duck rolls were meh, the crispy pork belly was so spicy you could not taste anything else, and the Mongolian beef wraps were soggy and had gristle. While some of this could be attributed to the time for delivery, the taste profile was not, and the quality was poor. What’s going on?

We ordered food at 3:40pm on Christmas figuring it was early, get ahead of things, finally got a driver who arrived around 5pm to pick up and was told the food wasn't ready and would take another hour - phones were off the hook so nobody could call - after waiting another 30 minutes we were alerted that it was cancelled at 5:30pm - then the store came up as closed. Had to go with a whole different restaurant that ended up being delicious but we had dinner at 645pm instead of 4:30pm as planned. The store was shortly back up for orders but I will never order from here again after you almost ruined Christmas. Really feel bad for the driver who was there 30 minutes waiting on it and likely got nothing cause it was cancelled.

amazing food, good service, and a convenient location. Nice cocktails and really high quality food.

The Peiking duck was the best that I have had in the US. It was on par with the best duck restaurants in Beijing. The bubble pancakes made a definite impression on the entire table!

Good flavours, good service
