Very dirty and unsanitary, workers extremely incompetent. Three different tables had bread crumbs, pieces of lettuce, and smudged mayo on them, the overall sanitary condition of this place would be pretty bad even two years ago, but especially in the day and age where COVID is running rampant, it’s clear that this establishment is not keeping up to the sanitary standards and they’re not even wiping down their tables, much less disinfecting the tables.I also told the worker three times I didn’t want tomato on my BLT, as I’m extremely allergic to tomatoes, but he put them on it anyway. Then the cashier (who may have also been the manager) was fighting with me about remaking it.Horrible experience, I definitely wouldn’t recommend this location, and to be honest this experience turned me off from Potbelly all together. I was really disappointed with the managers attitude. They are also WAY understaffed for the amount of take out orders they get which they prioritize over the customers standing in line.
I stopped by today at Bethesda MD location , they have jumped the from $8 to almost $12 on big sandwich . 50% increase . Not potbelly anymore .
The manager there has an attitude every time it’s busy and kinda rude. The way she is made me not want to go back

Ordered powerhouse salad and chocolate milkshake. Both turned out to be great. Staff was good and made sure everyone is following covid guidelines.Food was fresh and tasted good. Place was clean and seatings were as per covid rules.

I celebrated my birthday earlier this evening in this excellent restaurant. Well we had a cool evening and the place was evidently the reason for that happy meeting. The stuff participated in a very nice style, the food was extremely good and my buddies were extremely pleased. We shall surely visit again for more events. thanks very much.
