The only reason I gave one star is because there was one young woman working hard. I didn’t even order food from here I was picking up a delivery. Another older woman had mistakenly made the wrong order so the order I was waiting for was not ready. No apology just wait 5 mins. I ended up waiting 20 mins for two apple pies. The workers were arguing with each other in front of customers. There were other customers waiting for food as well. The wait times are horrible, the customer service is horrible.
This is probably the worst Popeyes in this area- food is always stale, and they never have half the food on the menu. Stay away!
Yikes has this place gotten slow. Expect a long queue.
Ordered through Uber eats at 9:10pm, said order would arrive around 9:45 but 10:10 at the latest. 4 drivers later and at 10:20 without warning our order was canceled with no warning and no reason. I have been sick and hadn't eaten all day, very hungry only to get no food. Thanks for nothing. Tried calling and they don't answer and their voice-mail is full. Very disappointed. It's like .4 miles from our hotel. Shouldn't have taken an hour anyways.
The same people have been working here for as long as I’ve been going to this Popeyes. It’s a hit or miss, it looks pretty dirty though. Staff isn’t that friendly. Food is usual Popeyes food, sometimes the food comes very slow.

They failed to give me an order of rice and beans. I only ordered a chicken sandwich, two pieces of chicken, and an side of rice and beans. I feel very disappointed in the workers failing to give me such a simple order.
