The pizza is decent, but nothing special. The menu is ridicukously confusing. But most importantly - WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. That isn't from one incident. I live very close by, but the last 5 times I have given them a chance, they gave me the wrong food. The label on the box says what I ordered, but the food inside doesn't match. The staff literally DON'T CARE about their jobs or their work. Order whatever you want, but who knows what they'll give you. (Oh, and don't both trying to contact them afterwards to follow up. Corporate has gone out of their way to make sure you have zero options to contact anyone ever. Screwed up order? Too bad. You're stuck with it. &pizza hates customers)

This location gets swamped during meal times with online orders and when it's super busy quality can decrease a bit. I've ordered here a ton over the years and found that it's hit or miss whether the pizza you order will have exactly what you wanted on it and the sizing of each order is also a bit inconsistent. Great food though so nothing wrong with that. I'd definitely order for pickup rather than head in and wait in line as it gets very cramped in the small establishment. Double‐check times they are open as I know they've had staffing issues requiring them to close earlier during the week.

Great pizza, best sauces, toppings, the best crust, I love the pizza shape, good rewards when you buy more, just enough to make you satisfied if you were hungry
This location is AWESOME! The staff is always friendly & patient with me because I always get stuck on what I want on my pizza. The mgr, i think his name is Sterling, is the best. He always greats me with a smile & I always tease him about how the WFT sucks! Anyway, I love this place.
&pizza is always excellent for getting exactly what you want on a pizza without spending a cent more to get extra ingredients. Staff was super nice and friendly. Very accommodating. I love this location.

When compared to other &pizza branches in the DMV this one did en excellent job, the food area looks clean and the veggies fresh, staff were attentive and fast. I wish other branches would be as forthcoming.
