It's a nice spot for a Panera Bread. I had a spicy chicken sandwich. Too much buffalo sauce for my liking, but it's not bad, especially for someone who don't usually like a lot of sauces.Customer service was very good.
We ordered pickup. Standard order. Nothing fancy. A half sandwich was missing. We had to go back to pick it up as we didn't notice the error immediately. We called and let them know we were coming back to pick up the half sandwich. They started making it only after we showed up again! So a simple 10 min order took us about 45 min.Only one of the sandwiches was actually labeled. This was an important part of the order since we had a vegetarian guest with us.I'm not sure why this had to be a challenging day ?

You will love the package and delicacy from here, trust me.
I eat frequently at Panera, as the quality of the food is reasonably good, and the prices reasonable, and the location in Bethesda is very convenient for me.But I would like to make a few suggestions for additions to the menu, and I find it frustrating that there is no e-mail link on the website to make these suggestions to the Management. Here are some of my suggestions: I would like to suggest some additions to the Panera menu. Pancakes with egg and bacon for breakfast. And eggs should be served all day, not just until 10:30 in the morning. Spaghetti, with or without meatballs, with grated cheese, and a small side salad, as an entree. Beef and vegetable stew as an entree. Turkey pot pie, or chicken pot pie. More options for sides, besides bread, potato chips and apple---consider carrot sticks and celery sticks, corn chips, and some other kind of fruit, besides the apple.I do have another criticism, and that is the buzzer that one is handed, to let one know when one's meal is ready. I never accept the buzzer. It is noisy, and sounds terrible, and when a buzzer goes off at someone else's table, I find it to be jarring, and anxiety-producing. I understand the convenience, but could they make the noise emitted by the buzzer softer, and less annoying? Until that happens, I am going to continue to decline the buzzer, and just try to sit close enough to where the food comes out to know when my order is ready. One other minor criticism. This hasn't happened to me often, but has happened a few times. An employee came and cleared my tray, while I was still sitting there and before I was quite done with my food. (This has also happened to me sometimes, in other restaurants.)
Good food. No kiosk to order. I wasn't given a buzzer so I had no idea when my food was ready. I was just sitting at my table waiting and waiting. I had to get up and see if my order was ready...fun.
You get what you pay for as I always says. So yes, it's a little costly compared to say Dunkin Donuts but quality of food counts.
Today I went to this Panera because I was in a big tournament. My family got food and all my teammates. My moms food got taken from some random chick. Then my mom couldn’t get her money back because they didn’t give her a receipt. She had asked several times and they said no no no no. My teammates mom was even asking until they finally got sick of it and gave us the money back we deserved. Do NOT recommend.
The food is great, there is plenty of parking around. In and out in under 5 minutes is my kind of spot.
Absolutely terrible! We placed an order for broccoli cheddar mac and cheese. The lady at the counter said that there was only broccoli cheddar Mac and cheese soup, no normal mac and cheese. But clearly, it was on the menu , under mac and cheese. But then, they lost our order, and we talked to the manager, who apologized and made our order. He said that the mac and cheese soup was actually mac and cheese. But then, we open the bag with the food... and it's soup! We checked the online menu, and there is broccoli cheddar mac and cheese! The person at the counter didn't know her own menu!
