I love Panda Express but I came to this location a couple days ago and the service wasn’t good. Some of the workers gave off bad vibes. Cashier lady was rude and seemed like she had an attitude. Wouldn’t recommend fr.
bad customer service. Jenne cashier was angry and talked to me without respect
I was in the mood for some chicken egg rolls so I ordered two of em because they taste good but the cashier totally ignored me and let two people behind me to skip the line while my rolls were sitting there, the person who was in charge of food treated me like lower class citizen. Thank you for your lesson because I am done with Panda, there are plenty American Chinese restaurants out there so if I’m carving Chinese food I’ll just go there and never coming back to any Panda location.
Ordering over the door dash app, they always forgot to add my drink even if I paid everything and it’s on the order and receipt. That’s already happened couple of times. I don’t know why is that hard just to follow the order until the end and packed up everything together..
What is the point of ordering online if they do not do contactless curbside pick up? The mall has signs that tell you to park in the spots and call the restaurant that you ordered from. If that is a thing then why is not panda express partaking?
Honey Walnut Shrimp is the bomb!
It's been a few years since I went to a Panda Express. Service speed and quality is about the same except they are less generous with their portions. They used to fill up the containers to just a little over full. Now they fill up the containers a little less than full, especially for the premium dishes. Prices remain the same. For speed, it's basically the same. If the food you want is already out on the steam table, you go through the line really fast. But if you want something they have to cook first, expect a wait of up to 15 minutes. They are using less sauce for the orange chicken, which I find very disappointing. Orange chicken is Panda Express's signature dish and I really loved it back in my college days. Still tastes good, but not as much flavor. Chow Mein is perhaps a bit drier, but still good. Not too much oil. I was interested in the Honey Walnut Shrimp since it's a new dish for me. It was pretty good, sweet with a few walnut pieces. The shrimp itself is probably the size you would expect from a fast food place, so not a big shrimp, but decent enough. Note that this is a soft shrimp dish, no crunch.Overall, would come again for fast Chinese food, but I would stick to what's already out and not get a premium dish.
The food didn’t taste like the other Panda Express’ I’ve been too. And it was incredibly over salted - everything I got was not good at all.
Fast service. Very busy location in mall.
I like Panda Express. Good food, decent sized portions and they get you through the line quickly. If you are not sure what you would like they are always happy to give you a sample. Panada Express is one of the busiest places in the food court. The seating is shared with the rest of the food court restaurants. The busiest days are Saturday and Sunday.
