Should be 0 stars. They closed the walk in part of the store and refused to give me my door dash order at the door or window in the drive thru. They told me I could only get it in the drive thru which the line was down the street with a whole police chase that happened outside the store. Employees are so rude and wasted my time and money.
This might be the most consistently well run McDonald's I've ever been to. Even when the drive-thru line is backed up to the street, I never have to wait more than 2 minutes for my food. And even when I place special orders they are always perfectly accurate. The employees here are top notch, they all do an amazing job. I hope they get raises because they deserve to be paid commensurate to their exceptional performance.
I love McDonald’s big breakfast!! The staff here are always friendly and fast!! The dining room is always clean.
For the food your getting a enjoyable experience overall. Very friendly staff and you get your meal relatively quickly no more than a average wait time of 4 mins if your dining in and place is clean, would come here again.

Not a good experience. I place an order through the app on a Sunday night and when I get there to pick it up there are two problems: 1) The curbside pickup option is no longer available for some reason. 2) After selecting the in-store pickup option I walk to the door and every door in the building is locked.So the app allows you to select an in-store pickup option even though the doors are locked? Makes no sense. And why are the doors locked at 9pm on a Sunday?So the only recourse is to wait in the drive thru line. Of course the very convenience the app is supposed to provide is to avoid waiting in that exact line.As a McDonald's shareholder I was horrified at this experience. I left instead of waiting in the long drive-thru line and now will have to wait on hold for god knows how long to get back the $3 that the app charged me for food that I never received. "Fast Food" is not what this experience was. The franchise owner should be embarrassed.
As far as Mcdonalds goes this is a good location. They are super busy most of the time so the food you get is always quite fresh. Still a Mcdonalds though.
Easily the worst McDonald's in the area...I live .4 miles from this location, but choose to drive to one 3 miles away, just to get decent service.Refused to give me ice for my ice tea after I explained my iced tea was hot... Told me to pay $1 for a cup of ice Umm I paid $1.59 plus tax for.. or Bring my cup in and she would dump some out
I repeated my order 3 times for a breakfast sandwich for my son to take to school and they still gave him the wrong order. When he got to school he called me and said they gave a complete opposite sandwich of what he ordered.
Food is always done well. Clean and professional. Probably the best McDonald's in the DMV.
