My friend and I were heading for a hike but wanted to grab a drink and a little snack beforehand. We did a quick search for coffee and stumbled upon this beautiful cafe/restaurant. I have never been to France but I felt like I stepped into a Cafe in France. The ambiance and displays were stunningly beautiful and comforting. The drinks and food were very tasty. Highly recommend. Just wish I was closer so I could visit more often.
Food is good but service is a bit slow and the food doesn't all come out together so some feel like they have to wait for others to get served. Still the food is good enough that I would go back (and have gone back).
So, I almost decided to go to another restaurant due to the recent bad reviews and I'm glad I didn't. I met my daughter for lunch on 5/23 and the service and food was exceptional. Maybe my experience was better because I got there about 11:45 (before the extreme rush), but the server was really nice...very patient while I waited for my daughter and the food came in a very reasonable time. However, the best surprise was the quality of the food. I really was happy with the entire experience.

I am completely aware that Le Pain is a chain with a fancy name and not a real coffee shop.But it's completely insulting to charge customers for "espresso" based drinks, at prices of $5-6 and then proceed to use a hotel lobby machine.Beware if you're coming here to actually get coffee, you'll be far better off going to the Starbucks next door.
Slow service due to Online Orders! The service is good, the food quality is file; but the orders made online having the priority over the people set in the restaurant, is terrible. You should take more care of your customers in the flash!
Staff at this location is just hopeless. Tables linger with dirty dishes while people are waiting for a table. Staff do not seem to be particularly busy, chatting amongst themselves. Very disappointing - unfortunately on every visit recently.
Placed an online order at 9:30am for pick up at 11:30. Arrived at 11:40 and was told order was not ready with no estimate of when they could get to it. Asked to cancel the order for a refund but manager insisted we would have it in 5 minutes. Waited a long time and still nothing, asked again to cancel for a refund and was told it couldn’t be processed in store. Unable to reach any form of customer service afterwards, ultimately had to dispute charge through credit cards company. Horrible.
Great food but limited seating due to the back half of the restaurant smelling like the restroom.
Brunch with a new friend --relaxing environment for good conversation, our food was delicious, and the service excellent.
