Editing my review to 5 stars: I’ve since come back here and the service and coffee have been good! It is a reliable place to meet friends or do work on your laptop.Review #1:My first time here was a Friday mid-day. It was populated but not too busy I couldn’t find a place to sit. Ample outlets from my observation. Wifi is a little slow and I could only get it on my laptop (maybe just me?) but reliable if you’re looking for a place to get coffee and do work. The service was good. My sandwich (turkey) was unfortunately a little cold when I got it and so expensive in my opinion for what it was. I would come back here to get a coffee and do work or meet a friend though. Perhaps not get a food item. Pleasant interior. Feels more spacious than the nearby Starbucks in the same shopping center. 3 stars because my sandwich was overpriced and cold.

Nice place very quiet. They were out of vanilla milk and strawberries when I went but the lovely employee was able to recommend something delicious. I would probably never order something with pineapples and apples but I was so happy with the result. Highly recommend a juice or a coffee. I plan to go back and try a shake!

Just moved from NYC. Joe and the juice was literally next to my office there on 40th and Madison. I was soooo excited to find this location in Bethesda next to my new office. (What a great coincidence) Went there this morning at 7:30 am. There were 2 people there with the door locked, and they the “we are closed” sign language to me. Their website and google says they open at 7:00 am. This needs to change to reflect on the new hours. I guess I won’t be getting my morning coffee since I start work at 8am. Pretty sad about that so back to my Nespresso that never disappoints.

An establishment that serves food and drink, inviting guests to stick around for a while, should have infant changing stations in at least one bathroom. And they do not. Big huge bathrooms, plenty of wall space, no changing station. Koala Kare stations are under $200. That’s 20 orders of juice.

A charming alternative to the behemoth chain that has an outlet a few doors down. Quieter, with more comfortable chairs and a menu of made-to-order sandwiches. I haven't tried the juice.

Love the tumaric shot. The smoothie is good too. Lovely atmosphere

I love their vegan avocado sandwich and their vegan re-build shake, but the prices are kind of nuts. Their shakes are delicious but come in a 8 oz cup and cost $10. If their prices were a little more reasonable, this would be a 5-star option.

The customer service was awful, waited 5 mins to be greeted, the employees working today didn’t label the sandwich’s correctly, burned my order and even though I ordered 20 mins prior to getting there and received a message that my order was ready, it was not. The only employee that actually had good customer service skills was Mo who made sure everything worked out for me.

It always surprises me at how consistent Joe & The Juice is around the world (and I’ve been to a few). I really love this chain. The staff at this branch weren’t as lovely, playful, inviting and friendly as the average J&TJ employee elsewhere, but they were ok.

Was searching for a good smoothie place and this was recommended. Take my recommendations NEVER get a smoothie from here. I ordered a strawbery, apple, banana smoothie(didn't want the apple bit "had to get it"). What I got was lightly tinted frozen water with a hint of apple flavor (barely, that I didn't even want) ,no banana or strawbery flavor, a chalky straw that dissolved in my mouth and in the smoothie so every sip had a piece of paper In it, absolutely bitter and gross not sweet at all, got the smoothie and food after I drank the smoothie cancelled my food order after seeing the reviews on the item I ordered.oh and it was like $10 for a tiny little 8oz plastic cup of water. Avoid this place like the plague. Don't get a second chance at a first impression so I wouldn't have given such a low score if the service was atleast friendly but I felt like every question I asked about the menu was bothering the employee more and more. McDonald's has better smoothies and that's a fact.
