This location has a bad reputation. The employees are too young, careless and easily distracted. I’ve contacted customer care twice only to realize they have no control over anything.Management should step in right away, before their doors close for good.
Young hispanic employee was rude, inattentive, sloppy and attempted overcharging me. He seems like customer service is not something he enjoys doing because of his careless behavior.
I was in Bethesda in search for a smoothie/ juice bar and I found Joe & The Juice! My first vista and it will not be my last ? I ordered a large Prince of Green ? very good. The staff was pleasant and the store was clean and inviting. Thank you
I ordered a green gains, service staff never even looked at me; ordered a second one for my friend, watched as the guy blended it, then it wouldn’t pour so he dumps it out, pours more coconut mix drink (without the rest of the ingredients) so clearly no consistency in the mix, it looks totally different yet he pours it into the same cup (doesn’t throw away the first cup). Then leaves the drink on the counter- the $10+ drink tasted like water and cacao nibs!!! Poor custoner service, no consistency in mix and no acknowledgment from staff - Don’t go here if you’re looking for pleasant , professional staff and consistency in your juices - WASTE OF MONEY!!!
The new employee at the Bethesda location completely messed up the Joe’s club and avocado sandwich. It was completely bland and she literally forgot to add the pesto on the sandwich. I am a regular customer and this was the first time that the food was so disappointing. I want a refund honestly.
The woman working today was very unwelcoming and had absolutely no idea what she was doing. I asked for a 12 ounce shake and they gave me an 8oz shake. My sandwich was cold and bland. Terrible customer service.
I like the ambiance. Drinks are ok. It would be better if I hadn’t gotten bitten twice by a mosquito inside their store.
Drip coffee taste more like an Americano. Pretty sure they gave me an Americano ... otherwise, if this is their filtered drip coffee, don't waste your time or money unless you really like McDonald's level of flavor.
I ordered a Vegan Avocado sandwich with chicken. That’s all. I came in to pick up my lunch and patiently waited on the side until the sandwich was ready. From the moment I walked in, all three teenagers/employees gave me death stares. They didn’t greet me, I was cut off while asking a question, and they were extremely passive aggressive to me the entire time. I had no idea why. Then, another teenager walked in and they all started laughing and talking to her very kindly. I finally got my sandwich and said thank you. Dead silence. Radio silence. I don’t want to make assumptions but I can’t help but wonder if they didn’t like me because I am a black woman and Bethesda Row is a predominantly white, affluent area. The service was disappointing to say the least and it’s a shame because I do like the food/products. Also - the fact that I can’t call a customer service number and talk to a manager is annoying as well. Just in case a manager does read this, I came in on Tuesday, July 13th around 1pm.
I just wish there was at least one adult working here. Nothing against teens working but they really don’t care about quality or messing up your order at all, they’re kids this job isn’t a make or break for them I get that.I ordered an espresso shot IN my shake, I got a shake and an espresso shot on the side. They tried to fix it but they didn’t do it correctly because my shake came out so runny and not what I’ve gotten before. $10 for a SMALL terrible shake and they literally just shrugged their shoulders and walked away when I asked if it was supposed to be like that or if I was even charged correctly.
