I love Jeni's, but today was the best experience I've had at any of their outlets across the country.Jake was phenomenal, treated my family exceptionally well.11pm on a Monday is an unexpected time for such good service.
First time I had Jeni's and I was really impressed. As soon as you walk in you are hit with a delicious buttery aroma from their waffle cones. I went with the Brown Butter Almond Brittle and the Brambleberry Crisp which complemented each other well. The waffle cone was so delicious and the ice cream was sweet and savory. I highly recommend visiting Jeni's if you like ice cream ?!
The ice cream and the waffle cones here are very delicious. The only reason this is 4/5 stars is because there is not a huge selection of typical ice cream flavors. Of course, this could be a positive for some, but overall, it was very good.
I want share and review this place for everyone who loves ice-cream. I stay for some time in Bethesda 11 months. I walk in front of this business and see always people in line to get in. This happens every day I walk on the street.One day I and fried of mine walk after sun set and he pointed this place to me. I know that every day I pass by this business people were in line and I say let's go in. We went in yes there is AMAZING ICE-CREAM EVERY ONE LOVE IS HERE.
Delicious icecream, great flavors! We ordered a good mix of different flavors and honestly couldn’t pick one a a favorite! Love the vibe, the sweet smell of waffles and icecream and customer service. However this time they did make the waffle cone a bit salty so hopefully they would leave out the salt next time.

The ice cream here is definitely one of a kind. It's got some absolutely delicious flavors. When you get ice cream here expect the scoops to be half the size of your typical scoop. This location charges $12 for a pint when you can buy them from the grocery store for $8, which doesn't make sense. If you're near by and want some delicious ice cream, this is the place for you. But if you want to bring some home, I recommend your local giant.

Honey I shrank the scoop!!! Delicious ice cream but what happened to the scoop size? Also, the service now seems to be proportionate to the scoop size. $6 for a baby scoop is a bit much.
From the yummy smell when you enter the store to the taste. Best ice cream shop to my opinion. I always enjoy trying new flavors and their waffle cone is so yummy. Staff is friendly but parking can be a bit tricky around that popular area. I can drive by without stopping and getting something there.
