Says they open at 9:30 and really open at 10
I wish there were more locations that are open. Seems like only mall locations are open at this time.
The two that were working today are super rude. I ordered an orange dream machine, and was super confused when I was handed orange juice. I told them that wasn’t what I ordered and she starts going off in Spanish calling me names assuming I couldnt understand her.I’ll definitely be calling corporate bc I wasn’t rude to anybody so calling me out of my name is unnecessary...
Waste of money i feel like the girl didn't even make my smoothie right. She looked so unhappy and she look like she didnt even want to help me. Never will come back here again. Like, Theres people our here that want to WORK!
Waiting by the register to place an order, however there only seems to be one person working. Waiting 15 minutes now to place my order.
Just ordered the spinach and cheese breakfast wrap, the younger girl with braces overheated the first one and blew it up in the oven then she made me a second one that was still frozen in the middle, smoothie was good though. Staff just needs to be more diligent
Every time I try to get something the employees tell me they are closed. It’ll be an hour before the mall closes and they say they’re closed because they don’t feel like making anything.
I used to come here often with my family an I loved the staff there was two young lady's that was the managers there I'm pretty sure there names was something like this Abby the other one was like short an tan skinned everytime I came those two young lady's gave the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE !! They always made my family drinks perfectly everytime I saw a rush both of those lady's had it!!! I recently came an I ask if any of them where there an some gentleman said no with a rude tone i said okay an then I come to find out he was a new manager what kind of manager gives off a rude tone not only that I asked for a strawberry banana smooth an it made it extremely water I asked him if he can fix it for me he took it out of my hands an used attitude while handing it back to me he slammed it on the counter what kind of manager does that ? Especially with a long time customer I will no longer come here with my family because of this incident they need to consider bringing those two lady's back because with that type of customer they are gonna lose people
