I definitely love Five Guys. Their fries are the best that they taste good. And I also love how the burgers taste.
Where to start, would have chosen zero stars if I could. Pure disappointment from the beginning, progressively getting worse each minute inside this restaurant. First off, 11$ for a burger? Are you joking! Reading the awards on the walls seem to have no correspondence with this restaurant’s food. Cheapest and juiciest? Since when was the definition of juicy, drought dry? Left me scouring for water back and fourth every bite I took into my burger. And to top it all off, the customer service was truly atrocious; if you could even call this customer “service”. What’s the point of having a receipt if they forget everything on it..? I’m sorry to say since I’ve loved five guys since I was a child but I will NEVER be coming back to this “restaurant”.
Fast service and who can resist their fries?
On the plus side, the food actually tasted quite good and it was prepared pretty quickly. The restaurant had lots of space for seating and that's always a good thing on the not quite as plus side - I think 10 bucks for a double hamburger is a bit pricey, and the meat will tend to make the bun soggy after 3 or 4 minutes. That's not something that I prefer. The fries, are very good however - only order a small fry. Why is this? Because whatever fry you order they almost double the order so you get way more french fries than you ever expected. Anybody that buys a large french fry can have an entire meal on the order. And that $5 and something for fries, it's expensive. But I can at least you get a whole lot of them. All in all it was not bad but when two people are spending $26 for a hamburger meal that's a little bit expensive in my book but again, at least it tasted good.
I went to this five guys today at 7:21pm order 64(I checked my receipt) and I had to take a moment to thank these good folks. What a team!I forgot how tasty those fries could be. Gut rot fats used to cook the fries. Burgers barely make the grade. The peanuts are the best part.
Always solid. No complaints.
Friendly service, clean dining space. Only wish is the music wasn't so loud.
