The service here is pretty bad. Seems like the workers don’t care about their job. I waited 12 mins for a mocha latte to get a bitter tasting one. Dublin has been trying to market themselves more , but if their quality is declining then I don’t want to go back. I’d rather pay a little more and get good drinks and better service.

This place is good. Has a long line at the drive through a lot, but only because it's good. They get ppl on their way quick. I just have to check when I order ahead because they keep forgetting my potatoes ??? lol

Extremely bad service, consistently getting orders wrong, always running out of everything. How are you a coffee place that runs out of coffee??? Oh and their app services are down like 3 days out of the week all the time!
If there is zero star, I will leave a zero star review. I came in this morning and I saw this staff cleaning the counter. I ordered my drink and one donut. Mind you, she went ahead and got my donut using the same gloves she had on using the counter. When I asked her about it, she said she didn't touch it, that she used the parchment paper. She freaking works in a hospital, didn't she go to classes regarding cross contamination???? When I told her about it, she threw me an attitude and insisted she didn't do anything wrong. She then went ahead to prepare my drink and served it after, I asked her why is there no whipped cream and she told me I didn't say I wanted it, the picture shows it comes with it unless you tell them specifically "no whipped cream".I asked her what her name is and she said Trina, the same person I hear at my work place who always gives an attitude. And one of the staffs looked at her and I saw her rolled her eyes after she looked at me. I asked what time the manager is coming in and she rudely told me she does know.For freaking God's sake, if you work in food industry, cleanliness is a must. Don't you freaking use the same freaking gloves you are using cleaning your counter to prepare someone else's food.

Always getting orders wrong even after confirming and repeating back to you your order. Very under staffed even before covid-19.
Ok coffee. Not great food. Usually very understaffed and service is often slow
