The guys are so friendly. Loved the food.$4 for a fountain drink is a bit much. But the food was amazing

I usually love this place so I would say the food is outstanding if we’re for the fact that I actually received the food. I ordered a 1/2 chicken with two sides on Uber eats. The photos not only illustrate the missing chicken but prove that the plastic was unsoiled from never having food on it.Upon talking to Uber Eats, they said I should give the restaurant feedback. Once I did, they replied with a mere, “I’m sorry but there’s nothing we can do about”Yes there is. Check the orders before you wrap the bags. Double check them. Pay attention to detail and take accountability like an adult if someone has some criticism.

Peruvian chicken tastes great! the sides are also delicious. Highly recommend trying them out.

Attention!! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE, My whole family got sick eating there, the chicken was nasty and old, and when I called the manager his response was very rude and pathetic, did not even apologize or refund my money so i give this place an X (a no go)

Normally, I would wait to write a review until after I eat the food. However, this time is a little bit different. This time the restaurant is getting a review before that. I’m sure the food is OK as I have never had a bad experience eating a Don Pollo. Like I said this time is a little bit different. I went into order my food with my brother and nephew behind me and we were paying separately. I ordered my food and the manager Caesar took my order no problem. But when my brother tried to order my nephews food Caesar said sorry we’re closed. I tried to explain to him that we were together and it was for my nephew but Caesar wouldn’t hear anything of it because they had a holiday party for the employees. I don’t know about you but someone that treats a 2 1/2 year-old like that does not get any respect for me. The funny thing is I ordered a lomo saltado which is a prepared dish. My brother was just trying to order my nephew fried rice which is already made and just needs to be packaged. The worst part of the whole experience was Caesar’s attitude. The way he talked to my brother almost got him in a serious situation. Nonetheless I am extremely upset and will not be supporting Don Pollo anymore especially when they employ such rude people. Good job ? really great customer service. Especially at Christmas time. Shame on you.

Excellent chicken and sides. Definitely a healthy choice. Chicken, beans and rice, yuka, plantains, etc... all delicious. A local favorite for sure. No need to call, ahead the service is very fast. You may call ahead and you order will be ready for pick up when you get there. A good location, close to the mall, but not bothered by the mall parking lot traffic. Spaces are narrow but there is plenty of parking. If you have a large vehicle and are worried about the narrow spaces you can park in the mall lot just on the other side of Corner Bakery and it's an easy and convenient walk to Don Pollo from there.

Nice quarter chicken meal with the yucca and plantains. Everything I expected from a pollo spot. No complains about the food or service. They did tell me I had to pay extra for the sauce after the fact I gotten my food, I think you should put the sign where you pay so you don’t have to get back in line just to get sauce. There sauce here is so good.

I’ve been here many times. I come here regularly for lunch and dinner. But I find myself just now writing this review because I finally realized something really messed up. I noticed every time I order chicken here it’s very dry. And even when I order dine-in, they always put it Togo. Where this gets messed up is because I finally realized they strongly discriminate against non-Latin customers. I finally realized this when I met up my best friend whose Latin. He came after I finished eating so I sat there for a while. I noticed all Latin patrons get the full service. They are treated much better and get served on trays with a healthy portion of sides. Versus mine that is clearly noticeably different. My chicken comes out dry versus my friends and the Latin patrons they come out glistening juicy with steam still coming out of their chickens. Mine doesn’t do that ever. My friend can’t even eat his chicken because he needs to wait for it to cook down. Mine always comes cold as it’s been sitting out for an hour or more. When I need to ask for a cup of water, they make me wait until a Latin patron asks for one, then they serve them immediately, then tend to my request. This is not just the first time, it’s consistent behavior and I never complained.

Ordered an hour ahead for a set pick-up time and the order wasn't ready until 20 minutes after the scheduled time

Peruvian chicken always a good option
