DISGUSTING TASTE! I have ordered smoothie and after two sips I did trash the whole thing , my friend got an ice-cream and he trashed it right after the first bite .. waste of money for the least quality ! oh god I don’t recommend this place for anyone reading this review! I wish I could give less than 1 star
The boba tea was good but it was mostly ice (look at the picture). It was so unsanitary. The guys touch their pants when they touch the equipment. Never going back again
I’ve been here 5 times now, most of them ordering boba. I’ve never had a bad experience similar to the other reviews on here, although the rolled ice cream is definitely overpriced considering what you get. It’s a bummer that this place is so understaffed as well.
The reviews were not joking about the smell lol. It is not suppose to smell like that when you walk in.Picture this,Nvm don't.My friends and I went there and even though the lady was nice..., the place is dirty (AF) and the ice cream isn't worth the 8 dollars.Lmao there was a mouse on the counter when we walked in and it scared the lady. She said it was bc the door was open.... But it's bc the shop is gross.
When you walk in, the taste of spoiled milk hits you….that’s the first red flag. $8 for rolled ice cream that takes 10 minutes to make and tastes extremely watered down? No thanks. Don’t trust the toppings because it seems like they’ve been out for days uncovered. Avoid this place if you can. Owner seemed nice though
They don't pay you as a worker I worked and she said I had to do 15 hours of "training" which is illegal for maryland labor laws. She also would not pay more than $8 an hour which is below minimum wage. It's extremely unhygenic and would leave stuff sitting out for hours.
We had high expectations but after waiting 20-25 mins for our order, we were over it - not even a lot of people ahead of us
Read the recent reviews - They sum it up. Black banana. Curdled milk smell. Rotten toppings. Dirty pan. Poured the ice cream mix into a filthy cup that had been sitting at room temp on the counter. All topping lids wide open. Literally the most disgusting restaurant I’ve ever been in. Unsanitary and unsafe. I know the pandemic has been tough, but this is hazardous.
This place needs to be closed. The owner doesn’t care about quality or hygiene. The whole place smells like rotten milk, and the toppings they offer are also rotten. For $8, you can get way better ice cream somewhere else.
the lady was super nice. bubble tea was ok.. tapioca was a bit rubber tasting. got my daughter oreo rolled ice cream with oreo topping & found huge chunks of hair in it...... threw everything away including our drink..
